    Rudest ever employees for a newlook store. Been there multiple times and never been a good experience. Used to love this brand, now I rather go to next which is opposite with a much better customer service. I wouldn't even bother ordering online.

    New look in the heart shopping centre is a great place. Not too expensive. Always clean and tidy. Staff is also helpful. There is fitting room and lift also. Great place!!!!
