“First Class Service from WSL. We had a shed ordered from WSL and installed by a not so smart landscaping company. They completely ruined the shed roof. I contacted WSL for help and they sent out Connor to completely replace the roof without question or charge to us. Thank goodness for Darryl and his team as they had no obligation to resolve the issue that was created by a rouge trader. First class customer service and quality product. My advice is buy the shed from WSL direct and ask them to install it. We cannot recommend them enough!”

So difficult to know which one as there are so many to choose. Not only did I receive 1st class customer service but I love my LapTop she had recommended. “One member of staff made it so much better... I've decided to write probably first review in my life. It's all about convenience. These kind of small local shops are more expensive and more expensive to run. People don't spend that much in these. Big money they leave in big shops, but if something is missing, we all go to local, most knowing that experience will be quite bad or so so, and it was. Till they employed ginger haired guy (sorry- I don't remember his name). Long ginger hair. He has made it so much better. Quick, nice, professional, unlike chatty members of staff and what is most important really helpful and informative. He has remembered I just to buy old holdborn original, that was not available for some period of time in this shop. Had yellow holborn that I dislike. During my last shopping, at the checkout I was told that the one I smoke is now available. I know, it's a tiny thing, but these tiny things make our experience in local shops so much better. Now I feel, like it is my local shop to go. Thank you.”

“Into interiors (Sam and Jake) brought our dreams to life! They were so helpful throughout the process and understanding of our budget. At every turn we were given a multitude of options and it seemed as though everything just fell nicely into place. Thanks to them we have the kitchen of our dreams and we couldn't be happier that we found them. The quality of the kitchen units is excellent and the quartz worktops were such good value for the quality and pattern. They offered us a look at the products before we chose and it felt as though they were always available if we needed advice or to sort something quickly. Furthermore, being local they would pop around to see how things were going and any small issues were quickly sorted. We even changed the design part way through... adding a couple more units. This too was sorted quickly and did not cause any delays. I can only see their business going from strength to strength. We would fully recommend them.”

“We had a glorious sunny morning for our SUP lesson with Claire who could not have been more helpful. She was on hand with advice and encouragement throughout and quickly had us all up and paddling down the Thames. The equipment felt good quality and safe. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience and one I would definitely recommend for all ages. I was a little apprehensive about falling into the Thames but Claire quickly comes to the rescue to help get you back onboard and it's all part of the fun providing entertainment for the local residents and passing rowers! :-) A great morning out on the river!”

“I would thoroughly recommend Surrey Automotive! A really efficient process from start to finish. I had to buy a first car for my daughter. After quite a bit of looking on Auto trader I had narrowed it down to a few cars. One from Surrey Automotive. I called Stuart who talked me through the car, I asked him to provide feedback on the car, scratches, wear and tear (it was an older car). All sounded good so we arranged a test drive. The car was exactly as described, he had left nothing out. The test drive was smooth, no pressure to buy but honest and clear feedback about the car and even the pro's and con's of alternative makes. He also gave me plenty of time for a detailed review. Stuart had done thorough background checks and even looked up future service intervals for major parts. Impressive. The only minor item was low wear on one tyre that he offered to address along with a full service before pick up. On top of that, once the service was done, Stuart drove the car to our house. My daughter is so happy with the car, as am I. Great service. Stuart is clearly someone who cares about his customers, knows about his cars and wants to build a good reputation as he grows his business. When my next daughter is old enough we may well be back!!
