“First Class Service from WSL. We had a shed ordered from WSL and installed by a not so smart landscaping company. They completely ruined the shed roof. I contacted WSL for help and they sent out Connor to completely replace the roof without question or charge to us. Thank goodness for Darryl and his team as they had no obligation to resolve the issue that was created by a rouge trader. First class customer service and quality product. My advice is buy the shed from WSL direct and ask them to install it. We cannot recommend them enough!”

“I cannot recommend this pharmacy enough. I've switched pharmacies twice from my two local ones to Courts. My only regret is that I wish I had done it sooner and saved myself a bunch of grief. Courts are super friendly, and helpful, always answer their phone if I call before, and ALWAYS have everything I need in stock. Having two small children, knowing that I can rely on Courts gives me the greatest peace of mind. Bonus: I often have my children with me to pick up prescriptions and I have never been made to feel unwelcome which is more than what I can say for other pharmacies nearby. Cannot fault this place at all. Simply a great Pharmacy.”

“Bought a LapTop a couple of weeks ago to which was my first bought LT instead of a second hand one. Not knowing too much on which LT to buy for my simple needs spoke with the young lady serving to help.me choose. She suggested which one and she suggested the one she bought. Thought it would help if they knew and understood totally the one she has. Well she was brilliant and through her recommendation I trusted her choose so I bought it. So difficult to know which one as there are so many to choose. Not only did I receive 1st class customer service but I love my LapTop she had recommended. “One member of staff made it so much better... I've decided to write probably first review in my life. It's all about convenience. These kind of small local shops are more expensive and more expensive to run. People don't spend that much in these. Big money they leave in big shops, but if something is missing, we all go to local, most knowing that experience will be quite bad or so so, and it was. Till they employed ginger haired guy (sorry- I don't remember his name). Long ginger hair. He has made it so much better. Quick, nice, professional, unlike chatty members of staff and what is most important really helpful and informative. He has remembered I just to buy old holdborn original, that was not available for some period of time in this shop. Had yellow holborn that I dislike. During my last shopping, at the checkout I was told that the one I smoke is now available. I know, it's a tiny thing, but these tiny things make our experience in local shops so much better. Now I feel, like it is my local shop to go. Thank you.”

“A great little takeaway coffee shop for before getting a train. Had a Bacon and Sausage breakfast roll. It was delicious, part pre-cooked then finished off on the hot plate to order is the perfect balance of waiting time and freshness. The coffee was great too and the price was good. The guy behind the counter was really nice too. Will visit again.”

“I would thoroughly recommend Surrey Automotive! A really efficient process from start to finish. I had to buy a first car for my daughter. After quite a bit of looking on Auto trader I had narrowed it down to a few cars. One from Surrey Automotive. I called Stuart who talked me through the car, I asked him to provide feedback on the car, scratches, wear and tear (it was an older car). All sounded good so we arranged a test drive. The car was exactly as described, he had left nothing out. The test drive was smooth, no pressure to buy but honest and clear feedback about the car and even the pro's and con's of alternative makes. He also gave me plenty of time for a detailed review. Stuart had done thorough background checks and even looked up future service intervals for major parts. Impressive. The only minor item was low wear on one tyre that he offered to address along with a full service before pick up. On top of that, once the service was done, Stuart drove the car to our house. My daughter is so happy with the car, as am I. Great service. Stuart is clearly someone who cares about his customers, knows about his cars and wants to build a good reputation as he grows his business. When my next daughter is old enough we may well be back!!
