   Bought a LapTop a couple of weeks ago to which was my first bought LT instead of a second hand one. Not knowing too much on which LT to buy for my simple needs spoke with the young lady serving to help.me choose. She suggested which one and she suggested the one she bought. Thought it would help if they knew and understood totally the one she has. Well she was brilliant and through her recommendation I trusted her choose so I bought it. So difficult to know which one as there are so many to choose. Not only did I receive 1st class customer service but I love my LapTop she had recommended. All I wish to say is a massive thank you for her help. It inspires me to shop at Argos, customer service is important to me and it goes a long way. Thank you!!!

   Poor customer service, system sent text to say it was delayed, it arrived the next day. On collection the staff told me only one of the items had arrived. Over the weekend I received another text for the 2nd item. On my return to the store I was told that the item had been cancelled, I showed her the text but she was sure it was not in!!! 3 visits and only had one out of 2 items, left with blood boiling….. Argos will not survive if this is how it is run!

   Made my way here to get a nasal aspirator for my newborn baby as he has a cold get there and they closed half an hour early without any warning. Had previously tried to call them twice so this sort of thing didn’t happen. Absolutely disgraceful. 45 minute drive for absolutely nothing and will now have a poorly premature baby until tomorrow

   Thank you to the young man who helped me today in Walton. I was trying to buy a mobile phone as mine had died. He was super helpful and went out of his way to help me find a solution, as Argos didn't have anything suitable for me in stock.

   Picked up a new fan, when I took it home it would not work correctly. Used the online bot chat but was not very helpful. I went into the store and spoke to Josh who said he would sort it out for me. He ordered one in for me for tomorrow and gave me a receipt so that I can swap it over. Very quick to deal with the issue, great customer service.

   Waited over a week for some ear buds, went in and asked what was happening to be told they were not ordered. They reordered and went to collect today and for a rude lady who said had to pay again for them! I had to explain again what had happened and no apology and product thrown at me. No wonder people buy from Amazon!! Won't be returning.

   I try and use this Argos, as every time I go there the staff are always lovely, friendly and professional. The customer service I got from two young men that work there was great. (Tyler and Robbie) Would definitely recommend this shop.

   Went to pick up 2 items in-store to be told they only had one. Was told by Denise I would need to call them to find out if other item arrived in next delivery (no offer to call me). Called 3 times over the next few days and no one bothered to reply to my voicemail (considering I spent close to £700 for this transaction you'd think they would at least pretend they care). After trying for hours to get through to their customer service helpline I was told my item wasn't in stock and wouldn't be for another 2 months! In the meanwhile the price has gone up too so they've lost me as a customer. Avoid this branch they don't have a clue on basic customer service!!!
