The return was out of policy, but I had my receipt and the clerk let me exchange them for the right size. I don’t think they normally do this, but I was very happy they did. I bought a T-shirt I wasn’t planning on purchasing before I left as I was extremely happy with the service.”

She listened to all of my concerns and even gave me extra advice based on Chinese/ natural medicine. She made me feel very well looked after and the massage helped calm my nerves.
