   I am in the process of having paving installed outside my house. So I am starting to look at outdoor furniture . So I called Bridgman and asked if I could just pop into the store on walton on thames and they said it was fine I did \dnot need to make an appointment. It is the nearest store to me and depsite being about and hout from Balham. When I got there the store was close despite being told I t was open on Monday, I caled to ask about this and was told to wait five minutes and then I was told "the schedule changed and the srore was closed" I had asked before I went and it would of saved my the hour journey there and the more like two hour jurney back as due to people on the track at voctoria there were serious delays from Balham. I am really upset by their spapdash approach

   I went into Bridgman to see a Snug Sofa as this was my nearest showroom. Jonathan, the showroom manager, was knowledgeable and helpful, not pushy at all, easy to chat to and was able to get me a better deal than I could have got online. I made a purchase and the sofa was delivered in under a week. I write this review sitting on that sofa! Highly recommended.

   Poor customer service. Sales person was very rude, seeming to intentionally ignore us while serving other customers. Very curt and unhelpful when requesting assistance. Expect racism or other underlying bias to explain. Will not be purchasing Snug as a result.

   We bought a set of Bridgman furniture 5 years ago and it still looks as good as new. There are 4 suction pads under the glass which were needing replaced and I managed to buy some but couldn't find any where to buy the round piece in the centre. Contacted Bridgman and Emma responded very quickly and sent 2 which arrived in the post yesterday. Impressive they still care about customers' experiences after such a long time.
