   We had a great experience at Dreams choosing our new mattress for our new house. Paulina was amazing and really helpful, she showed us a number of mattresses for us to try which she recommended after she helped us to do our sleep analysis, and she did not rush us and was really friendly. Her colleagues were also really nice and helpful. Me and my partner commented to each other how it was one of the best customer service experiences we’ve had for a very long time! Would recommend!

   We were greeted as we entered the shop and discussed what we were looking for. We were offered a drink and used the Sleep Match bed to determine the best mattress. We were offered a pillow and tested the suggested beds. We were given all the required information which was very helpful so we could make a decision. We came away having purchased the mattress we needed and look forward to it's arrival.

   Posting on my aunts account - I visited a few weeks ago and had a great experience from the moment I walked in. The team did as much as they could to give me a great discount and I made the purchase. Unfortunately I had to cancel the purchase and I was highly embarrassed to visit the shop again after all the help they gave me, however I shouldn’t have worried and they were so helpful and so understanding! I will definitely be visiting again soon!

   The staff were very welcoming & friendly. The staff were very knowledgeable. The mattress & divan I wanted, was over priced, nearly £2000.00 for a mattress & divan is very expensive. They only give you one years guarantee on a mattress, then if you want a extended guarantee you have to pay another £80.00, so I have decided to go elsewhere where I can get a 5 year guarantee on a mattress.

   Average service. We required a mattress urgently. On our first visit they were disinterested if they sold the mattress or not even though new stock was due to come in as we were informed. We purchased the mattress anyway due to convenience. A few days later when we had arranged to collect, we telephoned en route to the store to advise of our arrival time. Upon arrival the mattress was not ready for collection downstairs so we had to assist the store assistant to carry this down steep stairs which is unacceptable. The response was that they were too busy to bring the mattress down for us. Chris was very helpful throughout the transaction.

   We cancelled our Tempur mattress order from a well known department store after discovering a Cool touch version of the same Sensation elite model which was exclusive only to Dreams. Our Superking bed was not only £100 cheaper, there were also 2 free tempur pillows, and other offers totalling to £210 discount. Ioana at the WoT store was brilliant, got us to try the Sleep match bed which confirmed our selection and was very careful about helping us try the mattresses hygienically which was important to us. Our mattress was delivered in just 1 week by Dreams own delivery crew Matt and Craig who were brilliant in handling the very heavy mattress and removing our old mattress calling us twice before delivery. Really didn't expect such a pleasant experience buying a mattress!

   We arrive to the empty store with a budget in mind. We told the staff and they showed us 3 different mattresses. As it is an investment we wanted to make sure we were confortable with it. Every time we gave them feedback of how it feels they were giving us reasons of why what we were feeling was not correct or making jokes with those reasons. At some point we mentioned one of the mattresses was kind of soft and one of them laughs despectively as she kind of make the other guy notice we have no idea what we were saying... Additionally, when we asked them to try another mattress slighly over the budget, they mentioned a couple of times that it was out of our range. It is not nice how they underestimate their potential customers assuming for some reason we deserve sleep on a cot. Finally, I had the feeling they were pushing us to buy whatever regardless we liked it or not, saying we can exchange it withing 30 days. It was like our opinion doesn´t matter. To sum up: regardless the quality of their products, the staff is so unprofessional that I seriously recomend to avoid this store...
