   Would be nice if you kept your lunchtime closing hours constant, it's anyone's guess when you're actually open nowadays. Or better still, don't close for lunch!

   Singularly unhelpful & poor service.I’m clearing out my Mums house & came across two packets of morphine pain patches that had sealed patches in but were out of date. Google says take to the pharmacy for safe disposal but this pharmacy wouldn’t help. The counter assistant didn’t know, the dispenser initially said yes then another member of staff refused to take them. She told me to take them back to the one that dispensed them. Not helpful when the dispensing pharmacy has closed down! No wonder these dangerous things end up not being disposed of properly. Poor service for a community pharmacy.

   This pharmacy was formerly a Lloyd’s and has recently changed ownership. Unfortunately, the service has declined significantly. Despite high prices, the quality of customer care is poor. The staff often come across as patronizing and lacking basic courtesy or social sensitivity, both in my experience and in observing interactions with other customers. I was surprised by the tone and attitude during my own visit and would not recommend this pharmacy based on the current standard of service. I hope in an improvement.

   I cannot recommend this pharmacy enough. I've switched pharmacies twice from my two local ones to Courts. My only regret is that I wish I had done it sooner and saved myself a bunch of grief. Courts are super friendly, and helpful, always answer their phone if I call before, and ALWAYS have everything I need in stock. Having two small children, knowing that I can rely on Courts gives me the greatest peace of mind. Bonus: I often have my children with me to pick up prescriptions and I have never been made to feel unwelcome which is more than what I can say for other pharmacies nearby. Cannot fault this place at all. Simply a great Pharmacy.
