Howdens gave their usual solid service when we recently got our utility room through them. In particular the designer there (Steve Street) was brilliant. Came up with some very clever suggestions and made the whole process so smooth. Thank you Steve, much appreciated.

Really fantastic experience so far (kitchen install nearly complete). Marta has been amazing from design phase, through ordering and sorting out any issues with minor missed parts at delivery. Marta has been really patient throughout the process as we made updates (and changed our minds!) along the way. Also had a great experience with support from Julie in sourcing obscure missing parts needed for drawers etc Great customer service all round, excellent efficient communication all through the process. Would definitely recommend Howdens Walton.

Went to pick up an additional shelf for my kitchen and they made it so easy to do, friendly staff, definitely worth the recommendation the kitchen has also been fitted exactly as the plans told,

Hands down best customer service experience in whole refurbishment. Ask for Scott. Honestly felt he was more of a friend than trying to sell me a kitchen. Price matched the lowest quote I got and really so friendly and gave me the best prices. And the customer service is another story. They literally took apart one of their units coz my fitter didn't know how to fit a drawer to show us.. Thanks Scott and thanks Howdens.

The 2 stars are for the quality of the kitchen but the customer service experience has been the complete opposite. The kitchen measurements were taken from my property which is a 2nd floor flat. I was charged Β£150+ VAT for delivery 5 minutes down the road, for the entire kitchen to be dumped on the street. I immediately telephoned to find out how this was even possible and they explained that this is their normal delivery process but failed to ever tell me this, despite knowing that Iβm a 29 yo female living in a second floor flat. How can a company charge Β£180 for this delivery process? I would have been better off hiring a man with a van who would have actually brought it in to my property. Use the corona excuse all you want but this is their delivery process corona or not. Moreover, Iβve had sofas and beds delivered inside my property and assembled, no problem. Further down the line, my builder started to realise that some panels were missing and others had been sent in the wrong size. It took a lot of chasing and almost 2 weeks to get the replacement pieces. Iβve now got to the stage of replacing my internal doors and noticed again that one has been sent in the wrong size. It is actually noted on the invoice in the wrong size despite me emailing the correct size. These are solid timber doors and took several men to carry up the stairs so I explained that I would not be taking the incorrect door down and carrying the new one up to rectify their mistake. The email response I got didnβt even contain an apology for their mistake, and told me that I would indeed have to carry the doors up and down myself, and in addition to that, wait an undisclosed amount of time for it as it is not in stock. So again I will have to pay a day rate for the builder to return to fit the doors, as I had to with the missing kitchen panels. I canβt believe the experience Iβve had and itβs really spoiled the experience of getting a new kitchen. Iβve heard good feedback about the Weybridge branch so I would advise that anyone goes there instead.

I have read the mixed reviews.. Firstly bringing up the weight of the manager is cyber bullying and you should be ashamed of yourselves. 4 stars given due to the hard work and eagerness to please from Assistant manager. (The one with the tattoo behind her ear) SUPERSTAR! Kitchen looks good, great value for money. Will be buying my next kitchen from Howdens. P.s seems that Benchmark are writing bad reviews in hope of getting some business.. poor attempt and reflects badly on benchmark.
