   Despite getting confirmation machine wasn't available. Luckily I called since no one there bothered to. Th guy I spoke to on the phone just couldn't care less, super rude and unhelpful. Having been to another tool hire place the experience was totally the opposite, will never be coming back to TP.

   Ordered a product, had it confirmed and payment taken. Next morning I get a text saying come to collect them. When I arrive, I am told that she "thinks" we sold them to someone else and I have to walk over to the yard to check. I go over there where some lad without the power of speech shrugs his shoulders at me and mutters "no". I go back to customer services and get told they were sold to a woman that came in that morning. This is after I paid and after my collection notice had been sent. I asked why send me a collection text if they are not here and was told "that is because someone just processed it". Attitude of all three staff members was so incredibly unprofessional. Zero pride in job. Just good manners would have made it okay.

   Placed order a couple of weeks back and got a call from the Tristan Branch Manager same day asking if I wanted the goods sooner as the lead times online were a bit long but the date worked for m, Also to offer an option of an alternative product. So great communication There driver Bungle turned up today as agreed and was very polite, there was a few children coming out to see the crane working and he smiled giving them a wave also making there morning! very friendly and an asset to the team.

   these guys do as they want they close early on saturdays at 11.43 when it’s meant to be open till 12 some Staff have been very volatile at times and can be intimidating to talk to I would avoid this place like the plague jewsons is just round the corner And are so much more friendly and always happy to help also Screw Fix just down the road

   Visited Travis Perkins in Hersham on a very cold Friday afternoon. Access was was easy and parking was fine. An assistant called Simon was very helpful and gave me the advice i needed. It was prompt.. efficient and friendly service. It was a biting cold day so i commend this people who have to work outside in this weather. I will definitely use Travis Perkins again.
