   I’ve just been at this pets at home to buy 2 goldfish, The hairy man who came to assist me didn’t greet me or nothing, he asked for me to hand over my ID before a conversation even started- rude! He then refused me buying gold fish for what reason ?? I’ve had goldfish before probably for just as long as that sad man has worked there for, I have 2 100+ L tanks, which are set up in advance and have had fish live in them before for lengthy, healthy amounts of living times !! I can’t see why you wouldn’t let me purchase as i’m an adult and my tanks are probably more suitable than those pokey ones 20+ fish are shoved in! And one more tip for you, tell that man he needs to shower he was absolutely violating my nostrils with his sent of reeking body odour and the scent of about 1000 cigarettes! Thank you pets at home, I look forward to contacting your customer service!!!

   WALTON ON THAMES PETS AT HOME GROOMERS SHAME ON YOU. We took our dog to the groomers there, everything seemed fine. Came home, our dog couldn't open his eyes. We immediately took him to the vet who told us it was a chemical burn. How can you use something on dogs that could give them chemical burns!? We have tried to call them numerous times, message them numerous times and they are now completely ignoring us.

   Vaguely annoyed. Went in asking for some Endlers guppies. We had a sad incident and lost most of our fish over the heat wave. The aquarium heater was consistently overheating and hurting the fish even at its lowest setting. With the heater off the endlers stay happy between 22-27°c. However I was refused sale as they can only sell to people with heated aquariums... apparently disregarding the story as to why I have temporarily turned off the heating. Following the letter of the law as opposed to the spirit of it. If I turned the heater back on I'd cook my fish.

   An absolutely wonderful experience, all the staff are very friendly and helpful with any advice. Viv was amazing with help with hamsters and gave expert advice, a real star and we couldn't have asked for a better member of the team. I can highly recommend this shop if are looking for a new addition. The shop has a great range of supplies. Ten stars all-round ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

   Went in for frozen food for cornsnake. Friendly atmosphere but pretty much go get it yourself. Gestured toward an open staff hatch, the freezer is over there. (Behind the open door/hatch) so I had to go look myself and things weren't labelled and in opaque black bags so it was anyone's guess really as to what size feeders I was buying. After a good rummage found one with a label on and what I wanted. Asked if there were any more in this size and she just said I dunno we havent had a delivery recently that's probably all there is. Probably. Meantime she's serving someone else. So I suppose she saved herself the effort and was able to serve another customer. Not the worst customer service I've ever had and she was nice enough, just would have appreciated a hand.

   Poorly priced up wainwrights dry food bags offer only applies to standard dogs not small breed dogs surely it should state this on the label all priced at £9.99 with large signs stating 2 for £15

   3 months out of 3 my order has been at the store but I have not received an email of notification saying it has arrived! Walton-on-Thames is my closest store but maybe I need to drink another source of getting my pets food!!!
