Extremely rude customer service staff. It was clear from the hostile behaviour of a particular staff member, who seemed to have an issue with certain people, that we are not welcome in this store. Will avoid in the future.
Billy was really helpful and kind to my 9-year-old when she pierced her ear. It had been done badly at a different company and Billy took extra time to make sure it was perfect and made the whole experience really lovely for her. Thank you Billy, you really went the extra mile!
I’m not very good at clothes shopping But the sales assistant Billie couldn’t have been anymore helpful. It was like having a personal stylist. She helped me pick out some lovely items and made my whole experience a dream.
