    I would give 0 if i could. Staff so disrespectful and shop disgusting. Staff looking at you like you are thieve and following you every single step, looking at your hands. They even checked my bag after i bought something. I heart them speaking to each other that I am for sure going to stole something. After i bought dress i came other they to return it because it wasn’t fitting nice and they said that they not going to exchange it, they before I ask if i can exchange it and they said i have 14 days and today lady said that I am liar, and she will not exchange it. She was shouting, whole ship was hearing her. So disrespectful. I do not recommended. I hope they will shut finally. I read all reviews and no wonder that people hate this shop. They should change staff to younger, because this 60+ ladies are disrespectful to all young people.

    TO THE BOSS: People at the shop are so rude, expect young tall lady, she is so helpful other people working there are terrible rude, especially short lady. I would never buy there again. Today I was there around 12am and I notice that older lady was so rude to her colleague , to that young lady and to customers. That girl was so helpful to me help me to choose perfect dress for wedding and spending so much time with me, all the time with patience and smile, but other lady got mad and start shouting at her why she is taking so long helping me. I just want to say that shop was empty, there was no one else expect me and two people working there. I got so upset with her comment and felt so sad for this young lady which was so nice, I never experience that amazing customer service which I got from her. I would just say how amazing she was. She told me as well that next week is her last week because she got FIRED are you people crazy!!! She is amazing, I would come back to shop just because of her but now I will never buy there again because there people are so rude, disrespectful and are looking at you like you are a thief. SHAME!!! You firing amazing person and leaving that rude old lady.... Really??? I just want mark to for the boss, so maybe he will notice this and do some action, that's why no one is shopping at your store... SHAME SHAME AND SHAME.

    Today 10 Apr 2022, i was there at the shop during the closing time @ 6:00 PM i was at the billing counter to bill my clothes. The lady at the billing was very rude and she doesn't fit to be at the customer service place.When i questioned her she said that iam on fasting and hence iam like that...Please donot have such people at the customer service front.They completely spoil the sales and the reputation. I felt that I made a mistake by purchasing in this shop.Never again. This is to the owner of the shop for immediate action. Collection were good.Just because the lady at front desk, i have to go for this rating.

    worst customer service i have ever seen. From my own experience at the store i feel that the staff at the store instead of smiling and being friendly stare at you all time giving the feel to customers as though we are robbers. and the young tall lady near the trial room is so rude. she commented and spoke rudely when we took a little longer to choose the right dress . very pathetic customer service.
