   Absolutely terrible customer service. I was standing at the counter ready to pay while staff stood around chatting and completely ignored me. I don’t know how to use the self-checkout, yet no one made any effort to help, they clearly saw me waiting and did nothing. The only person who stepped in was the security guard, who helped me and even apologised, despite this not being his job or his fault. Credit to him, but it’s embarrassing that a paying customer received better service from security than from the actual store staff. Unacceptable. Wish I could give 0 stars.

   A couple of bad experiences made me wanna put this negative review out. First, when I was in the kids department, asked some mixed race tall female staff member to help me with a size of an item I was looking for, but the staff member was so rude she rolled her eyes at me and walked off. Another time there was a duty manager who barged into me randomly i believe her name to be Pramina or something. So yh that sums up my nonsense shopping experience at matalan.

   Unbelievably bad! Hated the customer service and staff members. One staff member showed me the middle finger and apparently her name was 'Denise'?! And then one week later had to return some items but a rude staff member said I couldn't and kept kissing her teeth at me. I saw her name on her name tag and it was Shabnam.

   Today I visited Matalan Feltham for some men’s suit. Dennis was very friendly and professional, she helped me out with my new suit even though she was very busy keeping the store tidy. Highly recommended, 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   Terrible service, waited 10 minutes for the manager to come and she didn’t have the decency to speak to me directly or even get off the mobile. With her ear on the phone say can’t help. Didn’t even want to hear. 1 day out of return. Even though i had come within a week to return but incorrect receipt. Didn’t want a refund but not even exchange. Even that’s fine but it’s the appalling service where a manager doesn’t have the decency to come off the mobile or speak to the customer that has been waiting for her. Apparently her name is Clo? Poor service. Don’t shop at Matalan. Check your cameras if you wish 16:38 20/6 Shops empty and no it’s service like this that’s killing the high street. People saying no faster than a computer would! She didn’t want to come back to give a name left. Not worth the time. Shop online and get people like that out of a job.

   Very well located and presented store. All products are placed in a neat and organised fashion and all prices are clearly stated too. Staff are very helpful and sociable and the shoes and trousers I got were a very good value for money too would highly recommend to anyone who likes high quality products for a good price :)

   I have always been happy with the service in Matalan and today was the worst experience ever there!! I bought a bag upstairs and I already paid for it. When i went downstairs I bought few more things for my kids and I went to pay(downstairs). The lady who was serving there took the bag from my daughters hand in a very rude way. I Said why u doing this? she said its my job. Her job is not to humiliate me in front of all these people who was in the queue after me!! She could just kindly ask me: can you show me the receipt for this bag please? After this she asked me for the receipt which I did give her. Honestly I can't understand how can people employ these kind of people . I have been going to Matalan a lot because it is near my home and I love that shop but after this I'm definitely not going there anymore. To pay ur own money and to get humiliated like that in front of all these people! No way!
