Visited Surbiton branch as it is a closing down sale. Shall miss the shop and order ing on line. Purchased two items good sale price.
Lovely shop and always lovely staff. The quality of the clothes have always been really good with some of my fave items being from here. Truly going to miss this shop and sending all the staff the very best with such cruelty in the company going into administration prior to Christmas.
M&Co have always struck me as a company just scraping by. They closed many branches post COVID and this one is a survivor. The clothes for kids are an interesting change from the normal high street offerings. But menswear was very small and uninspiring it is a little bit of a confused shop that doesn't really "flow" tills are oddly positioned stock seems to be jumbled up. My wife loves it... I am not really a fan!
If I could give this place is your a zero star rating I would. I bought a shirt from here and I was not given a receipt. The customer service at this place is absolutely horrible and I wouldn't recommend you going there they are actually scammers. They said they couldn't return the shirt because I didn't have a receipt even though I never received a receipt.
First time in the shop and will be my last, I will not bother again. The item that I wanted was shown as available ONLINE so whilst out I visited. I had the ref.number of the item. The girl that I spoke to hadn't a clue as to the item I was talking about, she offered to ask the manager but by this time I'd had enough of my experience and declined her offer. Obviously not aware of their products.
The rudest and most unhelpful assistant. Said they didn't have any faux leather jackets when in fact I found 3 on my own. When I pointed this out, said assistant, was insulant and dismissive.
Great place for clothes shopping on a budget with lovely designs. I tend to buy all my nephews' clothes from there as they have great designs and good quality for what you pay. No need for expensive clothes when they outgrow them in no time. Most importantly though some of their staff make you feel welcome and remember you from last time.
