   We visited slinkypinks today after being recommended by others and they did not disappoint. From the booking system,the greeting and the service throughout was outstanding. Not once did we feel rushed. The young girls assisting were so kind and helpful and the owners were on it....they all know their stuff. It made us very relaxed and welcome and there was absolutely no pressure to buy. The stock they have is outstanding and the prices I think are very reasonable for such stunning dresses. I came away with a very Happy young lady buying a dress in her name too. Thankyou slinkypinks x

   The best prom dress shop! I came here looking for a prom dress and all the dresses are outstanding quality and the variety is great. I especially love how the helpers are teenagers like me, made me feel really comfortable and the girl who was helping me fit my dresses was extremely kind and helpful, especially since this was my first appointment. I had a wonderful experience and I would highly reccomend Slinky Pinks to anyone looking for prom dresses or evening dresses❤️❤️

   I visited slinky Pinks yesterday afternoon with my daughter. The service was phenomenal. The girls are just so lovely and professional. She got to try on so many different styles until she found her perfect dress. They stock lots of styles and sizes. We had lots of time and didn’t feel at all rushed. The younger girls doing her fitting were so lovely and chatting away to her which made her feel really at ease. My daughter is really petite but we came away with the most beautifully fitting gown . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   I came into Slinky Pinks to purchase my daughter a prom dress after being recommended my a friend. I must admit the initial service received and the array of dresses available was amazing! We came away from having a once in a lifetime experience which we both enjoyed and she bought a dress that she absolutely loved and looked amazing in!! HOWEVER, the day of the prom she was taking some pictures with her friend and I noticed the material had marked (simply by her using her fingers to bring her dress down with her fingers). I was quite disappointed and surprised, especially as the dress wasn’t cheap and it was only 15 mins since she had worn it!’ I called them up the following day, and sent pictures as requested, but their attitude completely changed from how they were in the shop ‘helping’ us purchase the dress. I was basically told that it wasn’t sold like that and there was nothing that could be done!? All I wanted was for them to send it back to their manufacturer for them to decide as it felt the material wasn’t well made for the amount the dress cost!? She continued to tell me that it was a good brand and that it wasn’t sold like that, which I completely agreed with. It just seemed she didn’t care, they got their money and that it wasn’t their problem!! I was extremely disappointed with the service and honestly was not expecting the response I got! I will definitely not be back for my younger daughters prom dress!!

   Thank you for a wonderful experience in your shop. I took my daughter to get her prom dress. She was so indecisive but the ladies in the shop were so kind and patient. It was the loveliest experience with the best customer service and the dress they chose for her was stunning. Highly recommend.
