A big thank you to Michelle who was so helpful when I was in store yesterday. I really do not like shopping for clothes at the best of times. But with her help and patience I managed to find a lovely dress for my sons graduation.
I went into Phase Eight in St Albuns ON Monday to browse and ended up buying a jumpsuit which I would never have tried on before Michelle recommended it to me. I needed a fascinator for a wedding, and it needed to be a specific colour and design. Devi was amazingly patient with me and my fussy specifics. She was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to ensure I got just what I wanted. Thank you so much Devi - it went perfectly with my outfit.
Great service from Devi at St Albans. I don't like shopping and usually come away empty handed. When she offered help, I accepted. She quickly directed to a pair of trousers fitting my vague brief, and correctly guessed my size. They were just right, fit perfectly and I bought two pairs!
Wandered into Phase Eight just about despairing of ever finding a bridesmaid dress to fit a certain (quite specific) criteria for a wedding that is now right around the corner. My husband asked the lovely staff if they could help us and I rolled my eyes at him thinking this was a wild goose chase... and then the staff proceeded to tell me where else in town I could look, plus find me an amazing option tucked at the back of the shop. Special mention to Devi who might be an actual real life fairy godmother - thanks to her I will go to the ball (well, wedding!) feeling like a princess in a dress I didn't think could possibly exist. Truly one of the best shopping experiences of my life. Thank you so much to Devi and to Phase Eight!
I popped in right at closing time as I had seen a couple of sale items I wanted to check out. Even though they were about to close, Devi was brilliant and as a consequence I bought both the items. We had a lovely chat, and she made me feel like a very valued customer.
I visited Phase 8 in St Albans today for a personal shopping experience with Devi. I have to say I was extremely impressed with her professionalism and care. I was looking for an outfit for my son's wedding. I was thrilled with the choices she suggested and surprised by how many I liked. She was really helpful ad I would definitely return there if needed in the future.
