Although the shop is well organised. The same cannot be said for ordering and communication . 19 days it is now . I paid and ordered for an item . Not received, no one contacting me to explain why the delay . No one answering my phone calls . Shabby and unacceptable .
Incredibly disappointing experience and I'm not one to write a negative review but I am still in shock by how we were treated... The store manager was incredibly rude to my fiancé and me when we tried to return an item. The shop assistant who had sold the item in the first place - was equally dismissive and unhelpful. What should have been a simple, friendly resolution turned into a frustrating experience that ultimately had to be escalated to Customer Services, who resolved the issue immediately and professionally. Sadly, this experience has completely put me off shopping at this branch, and based on other reviews, it seems poor customer service is a recurring issue here.
Always love SW. Very friendly staff. Yes they're things are pricey but worth it because its quality materials that you really feel when wearing. Worth trying out

I never review shops but when looking for their address I noticed the bad reviews of this Wimbledon branch and nearly didn’t go because of them and do a massive detour to East Dulwich!!! Went in expecting to be met with a snooty up and down look and frosty service as per reviews.....well what a load of rubbish. Really friendly and helpful staff. I ended up being there quite a while and the shop wasn’t too busy at all and ended up chatting to all 3 staff members. So helpful, so friendly and genuinely lovely girls. Thank you for a lovely shopping experience & I love my leggings and will be back for more!!! :-)
Poor customer service and overall experience at the Wimbledon branch. My usual Sweaty Betty branches are Islington and Richmond, and the ladies there are wonderful. I wanted a to buy a specific item but was so uncomfortable from the sales people's snobby behaviour that I decided it would be better to get it from my usual SB locations. I would highly recommend you visit one of the other branches where they don't look down on you if you are not dressed in your high heels and Whistles coat or, god forbid, you have the slightest hint of melanin. There is a distinctive different in the quality of service and overall interaction compared to the other SB stores. Overall, I would not recommend this branch.
Love the brand and the quality of their workout gear - definitely of superior quality than most high street brands despite the high price tag. However some - not all - of the staff members in this store come across as a bit 'stuck up' and snooty. Especially if you are not dressed in stilettos and designer garb (no matter what your true academic qualifications might actually be!!) Let's just say - if you don't look a 'certain' way or mingle with the 'Wimbledon Village' crowd, you get ignored if you come into the store and don't get asked if you would like help. Better off buying online and returning in store instead.
