   Absolutely shocking. Avoid. Complete waste of money. So it's summer holidays for the kids. Kids eat for a pound. Abysmal. 4 chips!! 4!! And 3 chicken nuggets. My grandson had sausage and chips, that was 1 insipid looking sausage, no mash (run out) so he received 9 scrat end chips. I ordered a fishfinger sandwich, came with salad (salad ok) there was 3 small fish fingers, but they were the cheapest minced fish type, vile. Anyway, save your money, go anywhere else! There's a big sign that says 'Quality Ingredients, Great Food's on the cafe wall, I laughed when my grandson pointed it out, because that is the best joke I heard all year

   I got 2 pizza's last night one was fine the other was burnt fit for the bin. Couldn't be bothered going back to complain. Glad I didn't bother looking at the reviews of other people. Don't waste your money on pizza's from Cafe very disappointed

   I don’t know how these pizzas become so soggy! That the base sticks to the box, this turned into more of bowl of cheese and slop so undercooked and far too much cheese for the base.

   Ordered a bbq chicken pizza to take out. Took the pizza home to open the box to find it was burnt. Returned to the store to be told that it wasnt burnt and this was just bbq sauce, they had turned off the pizza oven so i could not have a replacement, her manager is on holiday for a week and she is busy!! These were her exact words! She said she could only speak to her manager in a week when she returns. With that she walked away and left me standing there. Burnt pizza in hand, there I stood with no concern or regard for the kids dinner! Check your food before you leave if ordering take out, and dont expect any sort of customer service as they are apparently far to busy to deal with your complaints!!!!

   Just received a delivered order of pizza and chips and absolutely shocking. Pizza undercooked and had to put in oven and chips well overcooked infact burnt. Obviously ate some threw lots and definitely not 6 portions of chips. So for 31.89 it was very very poor.

   Cup of tea had no heat sleeve and an incorrect lid. So it just splashed everywhere. Low cost (but it would have to be for half a service) Could do better.
