Customer service is excellent. Good choice of lunch or snacks - even has a pizzeria on site that make fresh pizzas to order. Reasonably priced and pleasant surroundings. Dogs are welcome too.

The way this cafe is managed is a joke. We had spent 30mins queuing, ordered a sausage and bacon sandwich each for takeaway. There is nowhere to wait so had to awkwardly stand in the way of everyone feeling incredibly uncomfortable. Another 30mins passes and we are told there is no bacon so instead we are offered a sausage sandwich. Another 30mins passes and we are getting incredibly frustrated. We are then told there is no sausage left?! How can you mess up such a simple task. 1 hour 30mins of my life that I will never get back.

This could be a really nice inside and outside space. Visited here with family, I asked the girl serving "what teas do you have" she pointed to a selection of boxes out of focal range and mumbled and pointed.....I thought I'd go for the easy option...so asked if they had Yorkshire tea, can't go wrong there i thought. I was presented with a large mug with a tea bag bobbing up and down and a small jug of milk. I sat down...swished the teabag around for a while and removed it and poured in the milk. The tea tasted of cardboard and certainly wasn't Yorkshire Tea....on closer inspection of the mug and spoon they were heavily stained...the tables and chairs outside are obviously never wiped or sanitised, bird poo and other stains...yuk.

One of the better cafes out of the local tourist attractions. The food is good and reasonably priced, the service is friendly. Not so good is the often long slow moving queue. One person serving, taking food orders, making the drinks and taking payments is a very inefficient management service strategy. They could benefit from taking a look at profit driven cafes (eg Costa) to see how this can be done more quickly. Especially around the peak lunch period. Otherwise I recommend this cafe , but you may need to stretch your patience a little.

Personally found it very expensive. Who thinks £3.40 for a slice of millionnaires shortbread is reasonable?! It's not even that big. Table and tray were not particularly clean. Staff seemed stressed, but we will forgive that....its half term. Coffee.....below average. Meh.

Specials today are hot dog, sausage sandwiches and chorizo toastie, except we don't have any sausages, or chorizo. So just hot dog then... And it's only 11:30.

Nice cafe with indoor and outdoor seating. Sandwiches a bit uninspiring but the cakes are amazing.

The kids beans on toast was a massive bowl of beans and then one piece of dry toast. £3.05. It was a bit disappointing to be honest, could have at least buttered the toast. The vegan platter was basically a dried up salad (no dressing) and then a cold vegetable pasty. It did come with very watery vegan coldslaw and some onion relish that were ok but the cold pasty was the main thing and it was just a bit... Meh. Maybe serve it warm and provide some dressing for the salad. cost was £8 something. Oh and randomly, it had two sticks of raw celery plonked in the middle as that's obviously what all vegetarians eat.... Staff weren't knowledgeable on the food. Didn't know what was in the pasty and didn't know whether the toast should be buttered.

Spacious interior, limited outside seating. Food was okay on a very busy day. Definitely recommend.
