   The staff that run Plan Bee are great, friendly and welcoming and there is a great atmosphere. The cafe is usually full and gets very busy on a Saturday. They have high chairs for babies and they take care to provide appropriate cuttlery and portions for them. Usual portions are good, food is cooked fresh to order and is nice. Very reasonable price too. The cafe is quite small and they seem to get regular elderly patrons that visit and they have a really good rapport with them which is great to see. The only negative is these patrons tend to fill several tables and stay there for a long time. Not the place to go for a quiet lunch as the small space can get quite overwhelming, especially when the older patrons get rowdy.

   Ordered on Uber eats, took 2 hours to get here and all I ordered was a breakfast wrap and fries. They literally gave me oven chips that I could’ve made myself that were soggy and the wrap was very wet and just looked tasted bland. Bacon was over cooked, eggs looked like they had been microwaved. Terrible

   The food was of okay quality and the shop was very clean with plenty of hand sanitiser available. My main issue is that upon collecting my order for myself and my colleagues, it was assumed that I was a delivery driver (for, whatever, reason) and I was treated quite rudely and belittled by the staff and their elderly patrons - clearly a place that I was not welcomed in. The order was also missing items which were mentioned in our Uber Eats order notes. There was also either a dead maggot or a ‘bogey’ on a can of coke. Unfortunately, I don’t believe we will be ordering from Plan Bee’s again in the near future.
