   Lived in the area years ago, was back for the day, so went into the boulevard mid week. It has changed for the better compared to years ago, bar maid very friendly and welcoming, good pint and good breakfast. Seems like a good community pub. Shame about the area, as I have noticed it has gone downhill. Affects all businesses around.

   very bad service saw a rat dishes were not washed, unhygienic environment, staff were extremely rude. I do not recommend.

   A gem in the urban metropolis. Good old fashioned boozer with great characters and decent harmless banter. Friendly welcoming staff. Beer kept to high standards.

   Its a locals pub but very warm and friendly. Good prices on the menu. We were on a trip in Birmingham and stopped in purely out of chance. It would definitely become a regular if we lived closer! Cheers!
