There is no point in going as so many tables are permanently occupied by people working on laptops. Walked out today as there was no chance of getting a table. Management should put a time limit on table occupancy.

My local coffee pitstop. Love to sit here and watch the world go by. It’s a very busy spot. The only down side: there are no dog free areas. I would prefer designated pooch areas within such a cramped space. Not everyone is a pooch lover. Staff are on it and very polite. Coffee isn’t bad either. Cafe Nero also offers a couple of reward programmes. One is direct via the collection of coffee stamps, the other is via a third party comparison website site.

Lovely cafe, really cosy and dog friendly too. Great pastries and coffee.

The atmosphere was cozy here, making it the perfect spot to relax or get some work done. The coffee was fantastic. What really stood out was the friendly and attentive staff, who made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great cup of coffee in a pleasant setting!

Thank you to Frankie and Katie today for amazing service, drinks and cake! They took their time to serve me, felt very welcomed and didn’t feel rushed to order at all. Great teamwork and customer service. Highly recommend, best Nero based on service alone.

26/03 I stop at this Caffè Nero every Sunday and I generally always have a really good experience but not today. I was waiting in line as usual to order when a staff member came to take the order of the lady behind me but ignored me I tried to make him aware that I had been missed but he didn’t respond. Then the lady behind me who also realised that I had been missed called him back by name! That’s when it quickly became apparent that Dave (glasses and beard) knew this lady and had actually deliberately served her before me. Favouritism. I waited for another minute while another lady behind the counter looked flustered and embarrassed, but my order still wasn’t taken so I just left. It’s really disappointing because Dave has not just let a customer down but the rest of his team too by this kind of behaviour. This probably is one of the best Caffè Nero’s in Leeds.

Quite a busy place and seating an be an issue at peak times, but all in all a good experience. 4/5 stars as it did take a while to be served and some of the tables were not cleared. Food and coffee was consistent as they seem to be in this chain, but I do at times (having been a few) find some of the cakes a little dry. There was an ok range of different foods and cakes etc and the beverage was hot which was nice :-) Staff were friendly and efficient but needed a few more of them at busy times. Wheelchair friendly and has toilet facilities. Nice atmosphere for a busy shopping centre venue but at those busy times didn't feel intimate and was a little noisy, but that maybe shows its popularity. Aircon was a little cold in certain areas, but nothing uncomfortable. Would certainly go again and happy to recommend. Thank you.

Long queues all times of the day/ days of the week. Nice meat free sandwich selection. Slow service. They allow dogs, which isn't ideal for me personally.

Caffe Nero has always been my go to coffee house and my first choice when travelling for work around the UK. However, this shop has to be the worst one I have been to and sadly my local one. Over the last year its has dramatically gone down hill and is absolutely filthy. I went in today and the place was full of dogs yet again. Went to take a seat on the sofa table and it was covered in dog hairs and muddy paw prints. If I go for a relaxing coffee whilst out shopping then I don't want to be sat surrounded by dogs and in a filthy environment. It is really in need of a deep clean and management need to be stricter on allowing the amount of dogs at one time and not allow them on furniture.
