   I purchased an Armani t-shirt from here in December for a Xmas present. The t-shirt shrank in the wash! I contacted Diogo, who is the manager... he told that Armani use 7-8 materials within their items... and how i wash it can therefore effect the garment! I washed it as to the specifications that are on the label.... then he told me to send him photos of the garment, the label and my washing machine !! Along with what I used!! He gave me an email address that I have tried contacting numerous times! Obviously made up!! I am now having to contact trading standards! Diogo stated that they are a small business and he won't give away a free garment and lose money! I have previously worked in clothing retail... and I have never ever come across someone, who can call themselves a manager, to have a service level so low and incompetent! Your obligation is to the customer... not the customer to your supplier! Don't treat your customers as mugs... because now you've lost a very good genuine customer... which is more genuine than can be said about your items!
