I went in on Monday asking for sleeves to be added to my dress and asked if it was possible to pick it up on the Wednesday of the same week and Tatiana kindly said she would do her best. Nina the owner was particularly helpful and we managed to find the perfect pair of shoes for my elderly mother who has specialist insoles for her super flat feet. Amazingly the shoes are actually made in England. As a bonus we also found a well fitting stylish pair of trainers too. We will be back to get a few more pairs soon.”

“Whilst Clarks shoes always provide great value for money, it's the staff at this branch that prompted me to leave a review. I Was served by Roxanna who was extremely patient and took her time to help me with my online order. When I clarified that I had already ordered a pair of shoes online but wasn't entirely happy with the purchase. The ones I wanted were out of stock and thus ended up ordering the second favourite. She understood my dilema and immediately located the ones I has initially wanted and ordered them for me. I was easily able to refund the previously ordered shoes without any hassle. You could tell that she genuinely wanted me to be happy with my purchase, which I am. Have a great pair of shoes, that should last me a good while.”

There are loads of items to choose from: clothes for men and women, accessories, shoes, hats etc. Take your time walking around the store as there are some great bargains. Also they have classic items and seasonal trends. Staff are friendly and efficient.”
