Monika in the harrow H&M branch was an amazing staff. One of her colleagues by mistake changed my H&M app language to a language a don’t know. She couldn’t change it back I couldn’t do it. I called the customer service they were crap. But when I came back to harrow branch where I mostly buy my stuffs an Angel staff called Monika was there. Oh she’s a star. Her smile by itself is soooo comforting. I was so happy she served me. She sorted it back to English in no time. Whenever I go I wish she’s there. What ans amazing staff. I wish everyone was like her. Thank you Monika.

Went twice to go return an item with a valid online receipt barcode and the asian lady was so hostile towards me wanted to see more than what she needed to, she grabbed my phone and started searching on my phone without permission when i already had the app out. Most places just require barcode don’t know why she was being so rude about it when i was clearly just trying to return an item and this has happened twice now

I planned to refund an item but was unable to visit the store because I fractured by foot on 10/06/25. On 18/06/25 when I felt able to drive short distances, I called customer services to find out their refund policy as I’d missed the refund deadline by 2 days. Customer services said it was the store manager’s discretion. The same day I visited the Harrow store. The first member of staff I spoke with (white male) stated in a harsh and clipped manner stated that H&M does not refund after the refund due date has expired, regardless of exceptional circumstances. I also noted that his demeanour was standoffish and cold, which threw me as I couldn’t understand why he would speak to me or behave in such a way. He referred me to his manger (white female), who repeated the same policy. The manager stated I could exchange the item. When I asked how long I had to exchange the item, the manager stated 1-2 days, at which I said “but these are exceptional circumstances and I can’t stand for long due to my injury”. The manager then said, “exchange cannot be a long time, up to 1 month”. I pointed out to the manager that she had given me different answers about H&M’s exchange policy and if she was not present when I next returned, the advice she gave could be refuted and an exchange refused. I asked the manager to write a note on my receipt regarding the exchange deadline, she refused. I asked if the funds could be reimbursed via a gift card, that was refused too. In one last ditch attempt at compassion and understanding, I repeated the reason that the delayed return was due to a fractured foot.. I then moved to a position so that the manger could see my bandaged foot and the special hospital boot that I was wearing. The manager all but ignored me. The same day 18/06/25, I wrote a letter of complaint to H&M, I commented on the amazing service I’d received from the Westfield White City store, (where I purchased the item). The respondent didn’t answer my sole question which was to clarify their refund policy after the deadline expired, as I’d received different information from customer services vs the Harrow store. It seemed like the response was written by a bot, so on 21/06/25 I decided to go back to the Westfield store even though it meant using more petrol and paying higher parking charges too. Staff were incredulous at the advice I was given by the Harrow store. The store manager immediately agreed to refund the item and refuted the Harrow stores claims that items cannot be refunded if the deadline is missed. Thank you Sol for being so understanding, you are a credit to H&M Westfield store. I don’t know if the particular staff that dealt with me in Harrow are just unfriendly, took an instant dislike to me or is something more sinister (as I’m obviously not white); whatever their reason, their customer service was atrocious and I will never ever purchase from the Harrow store whilst these 2 individuals work for H&M Harrow.

H&M (adults) is opposite H&M kids. It is a big store and is well laid out. There are loads of items to choose from: clothes for men and women, accessories, shoes, hats etc. Take your time walking around the store as there are some great bargains. Also they have classic items and seasonal trends. Staff are friendly and efficient.

Great staff, but the shop was a bit understaffed. The queue at the till was qyite significant, that being said the till worker was lovely, apologised for the wait, although it was not her fault. Usua

The adult store has the most unprofessional and moody staff. When I went to pay the women failed to offer me a bag despite the amount of items I had, the transaction was rapidly carried out and I had to carry my shopping out. I suffer from anxiety and didn't want to ask her to charge me again due to a que behind me. I prefer Westfield branch even in a much busier store I've had better customer service from overwhelmed staff.

Have been visiting this store for past 5 years now. Love their collection for kids between 5 to 10 yrs old but now that my son has turned 11 , I always have hard time finding clothes for him at this store. Not much collection for the older kids. You can always order online and return in this store, if you have to , for free. This store is in the St. George mall, Harrow. The staff is very well and trained and they offer excellent service to their clients. Recently donated clothes in this store and £5 voucher was quickly added to my H&m membership account. I find this useful as compared to the paper voucher, which they used to issue earlier. I strongly recommend downloading H&m app on your mobile as it offers great discounts. Would also recommend this store, in case you are in St. George's mall, Harrow.

Love this new store, its layout due to its relocation from St Ann's to St George's to just opposite the kid's store to the previous site of Accessorize & Monsoon stores. I was able to grab simple, comfortable neutrals on the last three visits. I was also encouraged to download the app henceforth getting a decent discount off my shopping. Staff are always patient & quite helpful.
