I phoned to ask about knee high boots, was told that the stock was in storage but, they would help me, when I arrived, the Gentleman remembered the conversation and couldn't do more to help - I managed to buy my boots - apologies, I didn't catch his name and I wanted to say thank you for all your help...”

“Whilst Clarks shoes always provide great value for money, it's the staff at this branch that prompted me to leave a review. I Was served by Roxanna who was extremely patient and took her time to help me with my online order. When I clarified that I had already ordered a pair of shoes online but wasn't entirely happy with the purchase. The ones I wanted were out of stock and thus ended up ordering the second favourite. She understood my dilema and immediately located the ones I has initially wanted and ordered them for me. I was easily able to refund the previously ordered shoes without any hassle. You could tell that she genuinely wanted me to be happy with my purchase, which I am. Have a great pair of shoes, that should last me a good while.”
