Poor customer service. Practically ignored when i walked in. The attendant was only sorting the displayed items. When i approached to ask for a specific product i found online, she was like — “go ask her snd show her the photo” pertaining to the lady at the counter. Lady at the counter said “oh it’s not familiar and we probably do’t have it.” Then asked me to go look for it at Wembley. I then said, i just want to make sure about the sizing and the fit, could you suggest any similar i can try on? They were like no sorry and dismissive. I then ended up trying a pair on my own without any assistance offered. Then they went on chatting about the previous customer they had on how she was nice and bakes cheesecake. Like come on, at least offer some assistance or alternatives.

This place has some good deals. They have seasonal trends and good quality shoes. There are some bags and shoe cleaning kits. They have a children's section at the back. Take your time browsing and you will find some great finds.

Whilst Clarks shoes always provide great value for money, it's the staff at this branch that prompted me to leave a review. I Was served by Roxanna who was extremely patient and took her time to help me with my online order. When I clarified that I had already ordered a pair of shoes online but wasn't entirely happy with the purchase. The ones I wanted were out of stock and thus ended up ordering the second favourite. She understood my dilema and immediately located the ones I has initially wanted and ordered them for me. I was easily able to refund the previously ordered shoes without any hassle. You could tell that she genuinely wanted me to be happy with my purchase, which I am. Have a great pair of shoes, that should last me a good while.

She took the time to measure my son’s feet properly and search high and low for the perfect shoe for him (spending over half an hour with us in total which is unheard of nowadays in the high street retail industry!) Manager is extremely welcoming and knows what he is doing . I had wrong shoe size (12) which i had to exchange it .i faced difficulty from the lady exchanging it to size 11 . She kept saying i wore it which i did not and she wont exchange it but the manager went to his length to help me out and my problem was sorted smothly even though he said look into my eyes and say it -you didn't wear it !!that was embrasing

The shop was busy but despite that the staff did a great job of addressing everyone. We were served by a chap called Oliver and he did the feet measurements for my two year old daughter. He was engaging, polite and knowledgeable. Excellent service and we will be sure to visit there again.
