   Today, I visited the Harrow branch; my usual branch is White City Deichmann. Ridwan advised me that it was his first day working at the store. I asked him for help finding comfortable trainers, and he directed me to the Skechers section in the men’s department. He also took the time to show me which pair he personally recommended. Even though the store was busy, he still provided excellent customer service. I am so thankful for his support that I am willing to make this store my local branch.

They helped me find the right size, told me about materials and manufacturing techniques, and gave me valuable advice on how to care for the shoes.    Love this place. They have revamped the store for the better. Loads of great shoes at bargain prices. Backpacks for children and adults, handbags and even a children's shoe size measuring station. They have name brands that are priced lower. Love the new layout.

   Second rate shoe shop with terrible customer service. Went to the shop to return a pair of of terrible shoes 10 minutes before they were shut and I was told the tills are closed. But the staff are happy sitting around chatting !

   Not a great experience at all. Shops is lack of most 39 number, and what is worst, is the young lady with dark long hair who worked on the afternoon shift on the 22of September. Extremely rude, she was argue for over 10min with another customer, in a way that everybody was hearing them and was really embarrassing. I used my student bean app which you can use for get some student discount and she was saying to me that I must show her a student ID while on the app and their website is clearly saying that you can just show your ID verification on the app. She has been rude to me as well when I tried to explain this to her, so I just left even though I wanted to ask some question about a product.
