    Recent paid a visit to this branch, with my elderly mother in law , we made a purchase , when I asked for a paper receipt- The cashier said "We don't do receipt it's all digital now !" - With the purchase being for my M.I.L she wanted a paper receipt as it was a gift to someone, we explained we didn't have an email etc- In this case what do we do?? Again she persisted to say we don't do paper receipt..... If you're reading this now anyone as you can imagine an elderly lady not everyone has access to a computer so I explained - neither of us have a computer or email so what do you suggest? Within 2 seconds a paper receipt was issued - Thankful for this yes , however why lie? We found this experience rude and went be coming back !

    Customer Service here is absolutely disgusting! The staff need to learn to be more helpful and explain the new return policy properly instead of yelling at the customer and embarrassing them. I have always used the click and collect service for more 2 years and never had such a negative and bad experience from this branch up until now. Extremely Disappointed.

    Very poor service, its a huge store and only 2 staff members on tills on Saturdays. The store looks so cheap and they make no effort in the brand. Look at the crumpled posters in store, looks so cheap and tacky. Returns policy on sale items is exchange only and the staff give you attitude if you try. Some of the staff members, try to make your life so difficult doing any transaction and are very unwelcoming.

    I have been purchasing from Harrow, New Look for more than 5 years. I have never faced any issues with purchasing and returning clothes. I went to Harrow New Look today(02/01/2024) to return the top which I have bought on 28/12/2023 as It was size large size .Initially , I thought I will exchange it so I tried the smaller size in the store, but it was still loose and big for me. So I decided to return it with all the bills and tags. However, the salesperson told me she can’t issue the refund because it looks like I have used it. I was surprised with her response. I showed her the receipt, tag and everything but she told there’s some stain on the collar part(attached the pictures below, you need a flash light at least to see the stain mark ). I repeatedly tried to tell her so many times that I haven’t worn that top since I bought it. She told me someone else could have returned like this before I purchased this top. She called her colleagues and showed it to them and they started asking me the reason of return. I explained Everything. She said it’s my fault that I didn’t check it properly before I bought it and they can’t do anything.(NB; why did the store sell it if there was a stain mark????why didn’t they check it when somebody returned it previously??). She told me , due to safety reasons she can’t take it back. The way she was responding was not assuring or polite. I work in healthcare and went after my night shift to return this this . I even told them I was working night shifts since then, how can I even wear this if I have nights in a row.I even asked them to check the camera on the day that I purchased because I didn’t even get a chance to try it in the fitting room that day as I was busy and had other things to do. She was nit ready to check the camera. I asked her what should I do then? Just waste this money for nothing? . I asked at least if I can have the smaller size in exchange, she said no. I am so disappointed . Why would I just keep it if I can’t wear it. I gave them the top and told them to keep it for free as there’s no point of me keeping that clothing for nothing.Then she said she will not take it and better give it to charity she said. Wowwwww… what a customer service!!!!! Will never buy from this store again.

    Title: Terrible Customer Service Experience Rating: 1/5 I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting this store, and I must say, it was one of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the staff lacked professionalism and basic customer service skills. Upon reaching the wardrobe section, I encountered a black girl who had an unprofessional attitude. Instead of assisting me like any decent employee would, she rudely told me to leave her things and search for hangers throughout the entire store. It was as if I had entered a different world where common courtesy and respect were nonexistent. I was appalled by the way I was treated. It is absolutely shameful that a store would allow their employees to treat customers like this. I felt disrespected and humiliated, and I will never set foot in this establishment again. It is truly disappointing to see a business that fails to prioritize customer satisfaction. I strongly advise anyone considering shopping at this store to think twice. Save yourself the frustration and find a place where you will be treated with the respect and dignity that every customer deserves. 11.11.2023. 13:00 pm

    Clothes range is fine but the customer service and the way how the tills works is unbelievable bad and slow. I have never been staying in a queue for that long. On the top of this, ladies which was serving me was unpleasant and didn’t know even what they are selling. If you in rush or want to be served with nice atmosphere, don’t go there

    Sunday opening hours are 11:00 but doors open 11:10. Purchased online click and collect but apparently transactions are outdated as my purchase was via PayPal which debit/credit cards are linked to but returns are refunded via gift card only or refunded once returned via post. Huge inconvenience! In this day and age New Look are extremely behind with the times. GET WITH THE TIMES, IT'S 2022 NOT 1980. Pathetic really to say the least. Won't be wasting my money on this company again!
