“Location is brilliant for training in London and surrounding area. The hotel is excellent and the staff could not do enough for you. It is closing down soon and it shows. As things have gone wrong in the rooms they have not had the money nor desire to fix the so bath Jacuzzis don't work, half the tvs are not working, even the safe in my room doesn't work. But I cannot fault the service and it's such a shame for these lovely staff that they will be made redundant. I wish them all the best for the future and hope they all find somewhere worthy of their service.”

“Dear All the amazing staff at AL, The NHS team had an amazing time at this venue for a Diwali get together for 25 people. A nice area was reserved for the whole team. Service was absolutely spot on, with care and kindness meeting individuals requirement for orders. Staff were patient with us, dispute how noisey we were. Everyone loved the food, not forgetting the drinks. Mitesh was amazing always attending each table and giving attention to all, we were hard work but they were extremely patient with us all. Due to the area being in the corner of the restaurnat we had the priviiege to have our own little dancefloor, the staff gave us the ipad to be in control of the music...lol. We really do appreciate the service and would definetly be doing another event here. Apologies to the owner and staff for the hig level of noise, however i know they enjoyed it lol. Thank You from the CLCH Team NHS. All the best for the future.”

She always greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel truly cared for as a guest. What impressed me the most was her quick reaction and problem-solving skills. I had an issue with my toilet, and she immediately took action without any delay. She found a solution right away and made sure everything was fixed properly. Her efficiency and dedication really made a difference, and I appreciated how attentive she was throughout the entire process. It is not easy to find someone who combines kindness, professionalism, and real care for guests the way Musu does. Thanks to her great service, my stay was much more comfortable and pleasant.
