   I Came with my daughter waiting time was too long to see a doctor sometimes you think what’s the meaning of coming to the emergency when it’s take that long to see a patient by waiting so long patient develops another disease. When you see at them they don’t even care that ur being waiting for so long. Never come to this emergency unless they bring you in ambulance.

   Exceptional Care at Northwick Park Hospital – Rainbow Ward & Jack’s Place : I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the amazing doctors, nurses, and staff at Northwick Park Hospital (NHS), especially those in the Rainbow Ward and Jack’s Place. Recently, my son underwent surgery and the level of care and compassion we received was truly outstanding. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication were evident in every interaction. They treated my son with such warmth and patience, and care which made a stressful time so much easier for our family. The facilities were clean and well-organized, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was explained clearly and that we felt supported throughout the process. Thank you to Northwick Park Hospital and the NHS for providing such exceptional care. We are deeply grateful for everything they did for us.

   I called for ambulance for my elderly sister and the young paramedics were so helpful and reassuring. We were then moved to Emergency section where we were settled to a room A20 under the care of a nurse name Nima and her team were super attentive to my elderly sister Thank you so much for caring for us Please continue to do what your are doing The way you makes us feel really warm, cared for, was very much appreciated

   Thie is a FOOD review of Northwick Park Hospital. Soft food in the ICU unit. It is actually good! I am having fish with Gnocci. Amazing. I attach the food menu. On the non- food side: The hospital was brilliant. The surgeons, consultants, nurses amd service staff are all competent, professional and brilliant. 5 stars all around! Update: After many weeks of rating hospital food (unfortunately), now I can't stand it any more. I am ordering out now. But initially it was ok

   Dear Sirs and Madam: I hereby file a formal complaint for the discriminatory treatment and lack of medical care I and my daughter suffered on [date of incident] in the emergency room of your hospital. That day, I came with my daughter, who had a high fever and urgently needed to be evaluated by a doctor. Upon arrival, we were registered and received initial care, but the doctor never examined my daughter, even though we waited for a long time. Meanwhile, other white children who arrived later were treated by the same medical staff. In addition, my daughter was kept out of the care area in inadequate conditions, even though beds were available for waiting patients. She was the only child left out, which demonstrates unequal and possibly discriminatory treatment. I have video evidence showing the difference in treatment, and I request that the security cameras in the emergency room be reviewed on the date and time mentioned above to confirm what happened. For all the above reasons, I formally request: 1. An immediate internal investigation into the personnel involved in this case. 2. A review of the security cameras in the emergency room on [date] and approximately [time]. 3. A written response within the corresponding legal deadline. 4. The application of disciplinary and corrective measures to prevent other families from experiencing a similar situation. This constitutes a serious ethical and professional violation, as well as potential racial discrimination, violating the right to equality and adequate medical care. I appreciate your attention and await a formal response.

   Went in there saying I can't breathe properly, had to wait for 4 hours for an initial assessment, then when the doctor finally saw me, said I'm all good and it's just mucus build up in my lungs so just some hot soup and hot tea or hot baths will do the trick. So wasted my whole evening there, end up coming home with no prescription and still not being able to breathe properly. Rubbish!

   I can’t say enough good things about the way my father has been treated at Northwick Park. From his A&E admission which was thorough and efficient, to his stay in Jonson Ward, the wonderful staff have gone out of their way to help him with his diabetes, his respiratory infection and his mobility issues. OT proactively assessed and put a care plan in place (BIG thank you to Jess!). Everywhere I went in the hospital it was spotlessly clean. Keep up the good work - you are an amazing hospital!

   Not everyone is bad or rude. There so many amazing kind people working there. But there's an 1 odd person who'll be rude to you specially when you're not rude to them. I was been polite while this A&E nurse was been rude to me. Unbelievable. But all the other staff was unbelievably kind. 1 rude person destroys the reputation of others as well. Please teach them to be kinder and nicer, specifically to the people who are nice to them. People are not coming to a hospital to be treated badly or to see anyones attitude.

   I would like to thank Dr. Cohen's team, the chemotherapy unit and The Drake Ward for the amazing care they have given and keep on giving to my mother. All the care has been excellent and every nurse and doctor has been polite and caring. I would recommend the chemo care here to everyone- it has been brilliant. The Filipino nurses on Drake ward are also especially caring and gentle. ... yes we have waited at A& E, yes sometimes things do jot go to plan and a few times the nurses have been extremely busy and we have had to wait... but the care outweighs those experiences. Grateful and thankful for Northwick park hospital.
