“**Review from a Landlord** I have been using Shian, Natasha and their team at Robinson Davies to rent out my flat on a fully managed basis for over 6 years now. Overall it has been a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend them over the usual high street agents who charge a lot more for inferior service. My family also use them exclusively as well to manage their lettings. They are professional, reliable and are always happy to abide with any specific requirements and requests I have as a landlord. I can be a fussy customer but they are always happy to oblige and come to an agreement. I had problems with my last set of tenants who stopped paying rent and had to be evicted. A previous experience of this with a large name high street estate agents was that they lost interest and had a "not my problem" attitude. My experience this time whilst using Robinson Davies could not have been more different. They made sure all our responsibilities were met, all paperwork from our side was in order and evidenced. They responded to solicitors requests for information promptly and thoroughly, attended the eviction and helped sort out any issues to help get the flat ready to re let and found new tenants who matched my requirements. I am very pleased overall and would recommend. It's been great so see their business grow over the years and I wish them further success.”

“This was a lovely stay. My daughter got married nearby but we spent the wedding night here. Rooms were beautiful. They organised a private breakfast for us as so many stayed, I can honestly say the cooked breakfast was the best I ever had!”

“Pleasantly surprised! The room was lovely and even though the room I booked was not air conditioned l, it was quite cool! 10 minute walk to South Harrow station which is served by the Piccadilly Line and a 5 minute bus ride to Harrow-on-the-Hill for the Metropolitan Line. Bus stop is in front of the hotel and buses are extremely frequent, every 5 to 8 minutes.”

“Really nice hotel, has everything you need and Andy goes above and beyond, he recommended us places for breakfast and dinner and they were both spot on! We really enjoyed our stay here and will stay here again! Really close to the tube station and buses which is great. Cannot fault this hotel. Will stay here again when we go to our next event :D”

“Location is brilliant for training in London and surrounding area. The hotel is excellent and the staff could not do enough for you. It is closing down soon and it shows. As things have gone wrong in the rooms they have not had the money nor desire to fix the so bath Jacuzzis don't work, half the tvs are not working, even the safe in my room doesn't work. But I cannot fault the service and it's such a shame for these lovely staff that they will be made redundant. I wish them all the best for the future and hope they all find somewhere worthy of their service.”

“Hub apartments is one of the prime properties as it is centrally located. Tube station , bus stop , St. Anne’s mall and Tesco express are all right next to the Hub. Security system is amazing.The JLL property manager takes great care of all the residents. Almost every month the property manager conducts events for residents as well as kids. I would highly recommend The Hub to others. It is one of the best places that I have ever lived.”

“This wasn't the most stylish, trendy hotel - but it was comfortable, very clean, and had a fridge in the room which was awesome. Room was cleaned fully each day, good water pressure, it had everything I needed. Very close to harrow and wealding station as well as harrow on the hill as well.”

“I had a wonderful stay at Premier Inn. The room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The bed was especially comfortable, and I slept very well. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The hotel is also in a great location, close to transport and local attractions. Overall, excellent value for money. “Stayed 5 nights and overall was very impressed. The bed was comfortable and, though the furnishings were a little dated, everything was functional and the room was very clean. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was one of the best I’ve come across, without having to ‘spend a fortune’, and the curries on the evening menu tasted like ‘real homemade cooking’….I tried 4 of them…enjoyed all of them and can highly recommend the Lamb Curry and the Butter Chicken! Add to that the convenient location (which does bring some noise from a busy road and proximity to South Ruislip station), secure parking, and reasonable pricing, and I would highly recommend it.”

“Visited this place to try out the food and was blown away by this little unassuming spot. The food featured Sri Lankan styled menu with and explosion of taste and authenticity. I didn’t stay in the hotel so can’t rate the hotel but the food! OMG! It was amazing! I’m just annoyed that my belly couldn’t take in anymore. Food was buffet styled and there was a reasonably stocked bar. I can happily say that I would remember this place and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the food.”

“My short break involve stay at this hotel. Our room was spacious enough for family of three. Room was located from street side so you can expect traffic noise and smells from smoking area. Otherwise my stay was pleasant and hotel reception with room service do their job excellent.”

“This hotel is just a perfect location, just a walking distance to the underground station, very accessible for local buses, very closed to shops and restaurants. I really had a wonderful stay and I’m really pleased for its nice atmosphere. I’m very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, the size of the room is pretty decent. The helpfulness of the staff of the front desk was superb, he was really helpful, courteous and gives wonderful support in every way. Ali will give you some restaurant recommendations and giving directions to the top tourists spots to visit and how to get there. This hotel offers you a great service.
