Definitely not worth it. While booking it says free wifi but not available there after i checked review on google and from last 2-3 years they says it might be temporary issues. No network in room make it worst without wifi. Flush was not working properly. Also till late night lots of banging sounds coming from outside the room make it hard to sleep. Sofa was broken from bottom. Carpet not cleaned properly. Bed was good comfortable. In bath onlt shower gel available no shampoo or conditioner available.

I had a wonderful stay at Premier Inn. The room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The bed was especially comfortable, and I slept very well. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The hotel is also in a great location, close to transport and local attractions. Overall, excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Premier Inn to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable hotel.

As a long-time returning customer, I’ve always appreciated this hotel. It’s very comfortable, and all the staff members are helpful and professional. That’s why I keep coming back regularly. However, this is now my third stay where the same issue with the Wi-Fi remains unresolved. The connection has been problematic for months, and I’ve had to rely on my mobile data just to connect my laptop and work remotely. Unfortunately, the mobile signal inside the rooms is also extremely weak, which makes the situation even more challenging. I’m writing this review while standing outside the hotel just to get a stable connection. I kindly request that the hotel management resolve the Wi-Fi/network issue as soon as possible. Additionally, it would be appreciated if the hotel could offer free parking like many other hotels do. Lastly, considering there is no free parking or reliable internet, your room rates are quite high for what is currently offered. Thanks

I’ve stayed in this Premier Inn branch many times and it’s always been my go-to when visiting London. Up until now, I’ve only ever had positive experiences, so I was surprised and disappointed that this stay fell below the usual standard. Check-in was simple and the room was clean and comfortable, which I always appreciate. However, a few issues made the stay less enjoyable. There was no bottled water in the room and no phone to contact reception, which made small things more inconvenient than they needed to be. The biggest problem was the bathroom. There was no hot water in the shower, and it made a loud intermittent noise that could even be heard from the hallway. We reported it first thing in the morning and were told it had been fixed while we were out, but unfortunately it hadn’t been resolved. Service also wasn’t at the level I’ve experienced before. My boyfriend was spoken to quite rudely when he asked for some tap water and was given just a tiny glass. We also had an issue in the restaurant on checkout day — signs say food is served from 11:30am, but when we arrived at that exact time, we were told it wasn’t served until 12pm. We also found that the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all, which was quite inconvenient given we were travelling. Overall, I’ve always loved staying here, and I hope this was just an unlucky stay. I really hope the shower issue has been fixed properly for the next guest, as this branch is usually reliable and comfortable. I’d love to return to the experience I’m used to.

Clean and comfortable room. It's a little noisy getting close to a railway line but you get used to it. Happy with the service overall. I think one suggestion would be a heated towel rail in the bathroom. Close to local amenities and in my case st marks hospital. Good value car park and being attached to a beefeater it was easy after a long travel to get a drink.

Good hotel with friendly staff, lots of parking spaces at £6 for 24 hrs. Kenton overground station is within a short walking distance from the hotel for trains into central London. Mohammed on reception was exceptional helpful. Beefeater is connected to the hotel, we had breakfast which was good.

1st night my van got broken into from your car park and tools stolen, and I had to pay for this privilege!!! must be a common occurrence as staff weren’t shocked at all nor bothered. Awful squealing noise awoke me in my room at 3am, staff moved me to a different room which had zero natural light and again another annoying constant whirling noise of the bathroom fan even when off, not value for money at all. No lift and an maze like structure with an abundance of stairs to navigate to my room, ridiculous. This hotel needs knocking down and re building, out dated and vile!!! Would never stay here again even if you paid me. Disgusting!! I stayed for 4 nights in total and my room wasn’t cleaned once nor the towels replaced!! Only found out at check out that you have to let them know if you want your room cleaning!!! Rooms outdated and noisy, you can hear the neighbours and people up and down the corridors!! See video of the noise that woke me in the first room and the noise of the fan in the second room. Awful.

I have absolutely no complaints about the Hotel and would stay here again. The Beefeater breakfast should not be offered as it is pretty much non existent. I paid for a buffet breakfast and all that was on offer was beans and eggs. I asked for a refund and was challenged by the Beefeater staff. The lovely premier Inn duty manager sorted it out though, and I honestly believe she deserves a promotion if she has to deal with that on a daily basis.

Great hotel to book, convenient modern and refreshing rooms, bathrooms were well stocked and had all the essentials, two rooms booked here and love how easy and convenient the process of residing here on our vacation is, Excellent service provided by Mohammed at all times for all sorts of things most helpful and genuine lad. Rest of the staff here are amazing too. Had left a bouquet in my room, came in to see it in a vase with water. Would definitely recommend this Premiere Inn to everyone.
