   My daughter and son in law is on the process of moving to Glasgow and they are on the last few weeks of tenancy in the property under Albert Grace. The agents are extremely helpful especially Malay who is always on the field to address issues,concerns and even minor details that the tenants need assistance for.This is the only company I encountered that will go above and beyond what is expected from them just to help the there tenants with smooth transition from day one even on the end of the contract. Kudos to the whole team Malay, Ashwini, and Mans. We have a trusted agents to assist us if ever we come back to London. Thank you everyone.

   I had an absolutely amazing experience working with Malay. Although I decided to not rent out the flat he referred me to, I was still very impressed by his meticulousness in describing the flat, and by the genuine care and consideration I observed he has for all his customers. I was also impressed by how he was able to accommodate my viewing, despite the fact that I just inquired earlier that day. Throughout the whole process, he was very responsive to all my queries and professional in the way he went about everything. The "A TEAM" Malay, Mansi and Ashwini and others are always available and helpful at all times. They are kind, humble, honest, not only towards the Landlords but also tenants, which I think is very important. They give a superb knowledgeable personal service which is proactive and customer focused from start to finish. I have never ever been let down by anyone on any issues. They go above and beyond the needs of their clients and tenants. Over the past 10 years, they have been my property agent.    Albert Grace has been an AMAZING Estate agency. They helped me buy my first house! They made the process very easy and smooth, I never thought buying a house can be made so easy with the right support and experience. I recommend this agency to anyone who is buying their first house or even second and need mortgage advise. Once I purchased my property they also helped me with property management which was fantastic, they insured everything went the way I wanted it and everything was done in a professional manner to the highest standard. Their prices have been the best from everywhere else cutting down prices down by about 70% and I couldn’t have been more happy with everything. They explain everything and make it all easy to understand and manage.
