This hotel has extremely poor hygiene and has a clear bedbug infestation. My boyfriend and I stayed here and came home to discover we have been covered in bites. Rooms have rubbish from previous guests tucked into bedsheets, carpets are all very dirty, open black bin bags left in corridors and there is dust everywhere. The hotel since has ignored our messages and has not acknowledged their infestation or poor hygiene practices. Please, do not stay here.

BED BUGS!!! Absolutely disgusting place full of bed bugs. Left covered in bites and they dont seem to care at all, doubt they’ve even bothered trying to get rid of them. Don’t stay here it’s pure filthy not fit for a dog.

The sign outside, advertising "luxury" rooms was as false as my great grandma's teeth. Having read previous reviews that indicated that this accommodation is "very disappointing" I thought, location seems decent enough and my expectations have been set, so let's give it a go. Short walk from the station and the owners were polite. The room on the other hand... Wow!! Shower was beyond grim, huge yellow / brown stain and no hot water. If you run the sink tap long enough, the water starts to come the shower drain... As for the room, stains on walls and ceilings, and then there's was the bed... Incredible stains, including what looked like mould... Towel, I'm pretty sure had blood stains. Would I recommend? Yes if you want to film a horror movie, no if you have any shred of self respect... Truly, this place was disgusting

This hotel is just a perfect location, just a walking distance to the underground station, very accessible for local buses, very closed to shops and restaurants. I really had a wonderful stay and I’m really pleased for its nice atmosphere. I’m very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, the size of the room is pretty decent. The helpfulness of the staff of the front desk was superb, he was really helpful, courteous and gives wonderful support in every way. Ali will give you some restaurant recommendations and giving directions to the top tourists spots to visit and how to get there. This hotel offers you a great service. I would come back to this hotel definitely in my future endeavours to London as it made my stay so special and worry free. Thank you so much for my unforgettable trip and stay and I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

This place is the shambles. If you are in a position where you are scraping the barrel with very little choices concerning accommodation then this is the place. Unfortunately I’ve visited this place twice due to the lack of options. The interior design is crude, the plumbing needs desperate attention, cleanliness is nowhere to be found. Instead there’s mould, dirty unclean beds and sheets. It’s quite repulsive actually, even the towels are bad. I would seriously wouldn’t recommend. The owner of the property does not care for the surroundings one bit. The state of this low-level motel is a stark reflection of his attitude. The only good thing is the location. A ten second walk to the station, everything else regarding services is within walking distance because it’s next to a junction. That’s it. If you have any dignity, avoid.

Was a good place to stay. Nice and clean with a garden at the backyard. Lots of Indian shops and food available nearby.

Shocking place, avoid like the plague. Luckily for us they had messed up the booking, so I went to a travelodge for the same price. However that was shocking but still pleased this place had messed up so we didn't have to ensure the sticky furniture and carpet a second longer.

Disgusting! How can this place be called a hotel?! It looks derelict from the outside (run down, closed curtains and upturned plastic flowers). Give it chance, we thought, we’ve been travelling for 5hrs. Er…don’t bother, it doesn’t get any better. After being greeted by a young girl on a scooter in the hallway, and then another, half dressed girl darting across the corridor, we went to locate our rooms. Well…. Filthy, dirty rooms with large windows that you can not lock (with a ladder propped up from the garden to the flat roof outside the window?) And the smell? What is that smell? Damp? Dirt? Bodily fluids (evidence of this can be seen on the walls, ceilings and carpets). Death? Who knows? We contemplated sleeping in our clothes (leaving our shoes on) sleeping in the car or just cutting our losses (rather than our wrists) and going home. We chose to drive the home. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone! Avoid at all costs!!!
