   I had an awful experience, I would not recommend. I contacted Pam within the office working hours ( I contacted her on two different occasions and I was sent a message saying, we are currently unavailable - out of office hours) I contacted her between 3 and 4 pm despite their finishing hours at 6 pm. She was avoiding answering my questions regarding a property, whenever I would contact her, she would avoid me. When I attempted to contact her via phone call, unfortunately, she was having a runaround with me( ineffective communication, making things more complicated than they needed to be and avoiding being straightforward with me regarding my questions about a property) I truly got an unsettling vibe from her. Pam has assured me that she would get in contact with me and answer my queries, to this current day she is still misleading me. it was even more unpleasant the tone and how she spoke to me it was very dismissive and seemed as if she could care less. If you want to be treated with respect and have your queries valued, I would not recommend this agency!!!! What made things even worse was when I went to the viewing, the member of staff who was showing me around the property, got into an unpleasant back-and-forth with the current room mate. He shut her down midway during the conversation in a very harsh and unpleasant tone. Then disclosed personal information about other candidate. I thought to myself if he feels this comfortable in disclosing personal, about the candidates background, family dynamic, ocation of current resident- What is not to say that he could do the same about my information. Avoid this agency !!

   Excellent, reliable service. I’m dealing with this agency from Malaysia and handled everything online. The team was responsive from the start, clear in their communication, and it was easy to reach an agreement. Every step felt professional and 100% trustworthy, with prompt replies that made the process smooth and very confident. The property shown in the listing is exactly as advertised, and I’m now happily renting it with full comfort and peace of mind. Highly recommended.

   I spoke to an agent from the lettings department and i must say he was EXTREMELY rude. I called them and no one answered 5 minute later an agent gave me a call back. I told him i was pulling up the property i initially called about. I asked if the landlord will be open to a different type of tenancy, the agent then goes ' ah no i dont want to work with any one who is disorganised and that i am not serious etc' All because it took me a while to load up the property i was enquiring about. If this is how this agency treats people who are simply enquiring then i cannot imagine how they treat people in general. You know who you are and you are giving the company a bad name. You should be ashamed of yourself. I would say if you value respect stay far away from this agency. I just found out it was not a normal employee who got rude and disrespectful to me, It was the director himself. That says a lot. If the boss of the agency is rude then I can only imagine everyone else. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as its important for clients and partners to be treated with respect.

   **Review from a Landlord** I have been using Shian, Natasha and their team at Robinson Davies to rent out my flat on a fully managed basis for over 6 years now. Overall it has been a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend them over the usual high street agents who charge a lot more for inferior service. My family also use them exclusively as well to manage their lettings. They are professional, reliable and are always happy to abide with any specific requirements and requests I have as a landlord. I can be a fussy customer but they are always happy to oblige and come to an agreement. I had problems with my last set of tenants who stopped paying rent and had to be evicted. A previous experience of this with a large name high street estate agents was that they lost interest and had a "not my problem" attitude. My experience this time whilst using Robinson Davies could not have been more different. They made sure all our responsibilities were met, all paperwork from our side was in order and evidenced. They responded to solicitors requests for information promptly and thoroughly, attended the eviction and helped sort out any issues to help get the flat ready to re let and found new tenants who matched my requirements. I am very pleased overall and would recommend. It's been great so see their business grow over the years and I wish them further success.
