The location is very good Unfortunately, the room was very cold and, because the ventilation in the bathroom wasn't working, it also smelled bad. We stayed at the hotel for nine nights and the room wasn't cleaned once during that time. Only the shower towels were replaced at our request, the toilet paper was refilled, and the trash can was emptied. Unfortunately, it was also very cold in the hotel restaurant. When we wanted to eat there, we were told that it wasn't possible because the cash register wasn't working. When we asked if we could pay in cash, we were told rather unenthusiastically that it would be possible, but without the discount that was being offered. We then decided against it. However, the location was really very good and we still had a wonderful stay in London.

The shower water was ice cold, would not heat up plus the shower tray was dirty. The radiator would randomly turn itself up making the room unbearably hot. The bed was rock solid and uncomfortable, whilst the cost is low which is great, you would expect the basics to be at a satisfactory level.

Even by the very low standards of Travelodge, this one is particularly terrible. There is the usual shabby, dirty decor and uncomfortable beds, but with the added bonus of the whole building shaking every 5 minutes when a tube train goes under it, no AC and a loud night club just across the street.

I would like to sincerely thank Musu at the reception for her excellent service during my stay. From the moment I arrived, she was extremely welcoming, friendly, and professional. She always greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel truly cared for as a guest. What impressed me the most was her quick reaction and problem-solving skills. I had an issue with my toilet, and she immediately took action without any delay. She found a solution right away and made sure everything was fixed properly. Her efficiency and dedication really made a difference, and I appreciated how attentive she was throughout the entire process. It is not easy to find someone who combines kindness, professionalism, and real care for guests the way Musu does. Thanks to her great service, my stay was much more comfortable and pleasant. I am truly grateful for her help, and I would like to say a big thank you for everything she did.

Rooms are hot, no air-conditioning, just a little desk top fan. Rooms are tiny. Shower is adequate at best, bathroom is also tiny. The cafe/bar also had no air conditioning and was like a sauna, hence why no one was in there on both times I bought a takeaway pizza. The lady on reception and the two gents in the Cafe were extremely friendly and helpful. The best thing about this hotel is the location to Liverpool Street station and Underground, and the many pubs and eateries in that area.

I understand that it is a budget hotel, but not offering any service other than a room is weird to me. I had to buy water from outside to drink. The shower was either too hot or too cold all the time. The room heater was barely functional, luckily it was not all that cold that night. The staff were quite unhelpful. I would recommend making alternative food, water arrangements etc, if you plan to stay here for the cheaper price and proximity to Liverpool street.

Good: Stayed with my wife 18.11.2022. A short walk from Liverpool Street Station, London and a stone throw from my event venues bars, cafes and restaurants. The staffs were good, with getting my room ready before time etc. Room facilities was satisfactory. Bad: Next door room customer ruined our experience with her anti social behaviour, which means we were unable to sleep all night. However, the staffs rose to the occasion and resolved the issue satisfactorily.

Had a great stay here for a BIG birthday. Room was immaculate, extra pillows in the cupboard. TV was in a silly place, I had to look over my friend to watch it, but only a little thing as we came to London to go out not sit in and watch telly. Staff were extremely friendly, couldn't fault any of them, especially the lady on the front desk - really made my birthday, thank you.

We had a wonderful stay at Travelodge Liverpool Street. Ana was the loveliest person, working by herself cooking and serving whilst still giving 100% attention and it was only her second day. She was very kind and the food she cooked was delicious. She has a great personality and really engages with her customers.
