“I used to do muai thai kickboxing many years ago. Following a injury to my hip I had to stop. I never thought I'd be able to engage in this sport I love so much. Well, until I started training with Jimmy about 5 months ago. His understanding of the body, injury prevention and rehabilitation, really helped. The range of movement in my hip continues to get better and stronger. I am faster, stronger, my technique continues to improve. I really connected well with Jimmys style of training, as its about training like a athlete, the discipline and commitment. Also his passion for the sport. When I think about where I started when I first started training with Jimmy to where I am now, I feel very thankful, plus proud of my journey and I am excited to continue progressing my skills in this sport I love very much! And its all because of the sessions with Jimmy, so thank you so much for being the best and always believing that I can do it! I always feel like a total champion after our sessions!”

“I’d been wanting to try this restaurant for ages, ever since it came highly recommended by my Italian friends. The crust did not disappoint. While I usually prefer Neapolitan style—super fluffy around the edges—the crisp bite of the outer crust here, paired with the earthy depth of the dough, almost made me reconsider my pizza loyalties. We started with the focaccia, which was as soft as a pillow—only much more delicious. It came with a beetroot balsamic, a completely new discovery for me, and one I’ll now be hunting down for my pantry. If I had one note, it’s that the pizza portions are generous; I only managed about two-thirds before admitting defeat.”

“Had such a lovely stay here! The room was so cosy, modern, and spotlessly clean. The staff were lovely and went above and beyond, they even left champagne, beer, and a birthday card for my partner, which was such a thoughtful touch! The location is ideal too, just a short 5-minute walk to the tube, making it so easy to get around London. Would definitely stay here again!”

We took the usual flat iron, but also the sirloin and bavette, which is on of my all time favorite cuts. The ice cream at the end is always a good desert. And the old fashioned was reasonably priced and very well made. Make sure you order a table ahead, as it can get very busy.”

“The service and food menu is excellent! As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and welcomed with a cup of nice popcorn. We ordered the Flat Iron steak with cream spinach on the side. The steak is good, the portion is appropriate for price you spent. It is cooked exactly as I had anticipated. Additionally, you will receive a complimentary ice cream on your way out. After a pleasant journey to the West End. It’s good to wind down in this restaurant. This restaurant is highly recommended.”

“We visited Flat Iron in London for a family lunch, and it was an absolutely lovely experience. The atmosphere was warm ,welcoming and perfect for a casual yet special meal. We tried the beef steak and the green chilli beef burger, and both dishes were delicious. The steak was tender, juicy, and cooked exactly as we ordered, with that signature Flat Iron flavour that never disappoints. The green chilli beef burger was a real highlight packed with bold, spicy flavours that added a nice kick without being overwhelming. A really nice touch was the complimentary freshly made popcorn served when we arrived, and the free vanilla ice cream cone at the end such a thoughtful way to round off the meal! The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout. Service was quick, and the overall vibe was relaxed, which made it perfect for a family lunch. We’ll definitely be coming back, value for money..Highly recommend.”

Our order was taken by JJ, who was absolutely brilliant, genuinely kind and attentive. Ebney also looked after us throughout the meal and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was excellent, as always. We had the Flat Iron steak and the burger, along with the aubergine and the kale as sides. Everything was spot on. A fantastic evening overall. “My husband and I came to celebrate our birthdays on a late night dinner reservation. We were immediately met with smiles and kindness from the host and they were able to sit us about 10 minutes early. We were quickly brought drinks and popcorn which was so sweet and unexpected. Our server Alex was so fun, attentive, and full of energy even though it was late at night (we had a 10:15pm reservation)! He helped make our time such a joy. Alex was absolutely great and it was a pleasure to have him as our server. Even though it wasn’t the exact date of our birthdays, he kindly brought us prosecco to cheers with without us asking. We ordered steak, the chili pepper burger, and macaroni & cheese which were all delicious. The steak was perfectly cooked and the burger was juicy as ever. The macaroni was so good we ordered a second! The food came out quick and the prices were very affordable especially for a steakhouse—great for being on a budget! I would highly recommend this place and I wish we could come again during our stay! You will be blessed if you happen to have Alex as your server! Thank you Alex and Flat Iron! We hope to be back!”

“This was a great hotel! The location was really convenient for sightseeing and catching the train. Lots of decent restaurants nearby that I strongly suggest you check out instead of the restaurant across the street. A few convenience stores nearby too that came in handy. The rooms were clean and spacious, my only slight complaint are the faucets in the bathrooms. They made a huge mess everytime I washed my hands. But overall, awesome property and I highly recommend!”

Rooms are beautiful, great attention to detail with the treats in the room, everything is clean and the facilities available are fantastic. The Spa in particular was a wonderful experience, the staff are so warming and knowledgeable, and the massage was 10/10. The breakfast has a fantastic selection, proper quality ingredients and you can order cooked dishes off a menu if you wish. Will definitely be back. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, the staff are so friendly and will look after you. Was also very useful when I had a concert at the O2 as you could just go down this long corridor that connects to the O2, so no needs to go outside!”
