   The service was excellent. Food and drinks were also served very fast. Unfortunately we did not like the flat iron cut. It’s not tender like other popular cuts. However the Ribeye from the special menu was amazing. Also cooked on point as ordered. Sides are a little bit too small, but good. Would definitely recommend.

   One of the best burger spots in London, you have to try it even their truffle Mac and cheese. Nice part they give you a free ice cream in the way out which also soooo good you have to take it

   I have been wanting to try Flatiron since I went to London for vacation back in 2022. Now that I visited again, I finally got to try it! The steak was absolutely delicious. The creamy spinach goes well because it's a bit salty and then the bone marrow garlic mash was a whole different level. It was flavorful and sinful. The menu was short and simple which I don't mind because its not overwhelming. However, they do have some special offers that probably change every now and then. Good price point for a plate of good steak. Very filling portion too! The staff was amazing and kind. I dined alone but I didnt feel awkward waiting and talking to them. The lady by the door who's taking people to the seats was very sweet. The server was kind enough to explain the menu to me. Overall, I would say I might dream about this whole thing! Can't wait to be back and try other menu. The free ice cream before heading out is a good way to finish a good meal!

   We visited the Flat Iron in Tottenham Court Road this evening. Patricia welcomed us and gave us a really lovely table. Our order was taken by JJ, who was absolutely brilliant, genuinely kind and attentive. Ebney also looked after us throughout the meal and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was excellent, as always. We had the Flat Iron steak and the burger, along with the aubergine and the kale as sides. Everything was spot on. A fantastic evening overall. Many thanks to the whole team.

   Flat Iron’s are a great mid sized chain for responsibly good steak at a decent price. They always serve popcorn before whilst you are choosing from the menu and provide you with free ice cream afterwards. Highly recommend with great staff too.

   It's my third time coming here and every time I've had a pleasant experience. My advice is to book in advance, cause the place is not huge and gets fully booked fairly quick, specially on weekends. Get a table on the back, nothing beats natural light... You'll get a welcome mug with popcorn, yeah, it's nice (I didn't have popcorn in a while, so, imagine how happy I was...). During my first visit I've tried the Flat Iron Steak, super tasty...It's must try... But the reason I kept coming back is the Flat Iron Herd Burger...It's juicy and delicious...No other explanation...Its my current favorite burger in London... And it comes nicely wrapped with their minimalist logo on it...love it, period! The second nice surprise: you'll get a thank you ice cream on your way out, :-)

   I went to this steak house today as my travel book recommended. I didn’t book as there was no time slot available for bookings in the afternoon, so I walked in and waited 20 mins for the table. Each table will receive a free cup of popcorn when seated. The flat iron steak is £12, for around 10 small slices. The steak is actually nice, I think medium rare has the best texture, you will found a bit rough if it is well-done. The most surprising thing is you will get a free scoop of chocolate ice cream after you pay the bill, it was totally unexpected!

   Flat Iron is one of my favourite restaurants in London. It was my second time in this unit and it was amazing as always. Food was delicious and the service was very professional and friendly. I believe the staff who were serving us is called Hannah and she did a brilliant job. Very patient to explain the plates and super friendly with us. 5 stars! Could not be less than this.

   Good and not expensive place! Has very few dishes but serves them at their best. Nice and friendly staff and service. We ordered steaks and two passion fruit cocktails. Highly recommended.
