“I can’t recommend this hotel enough! I’m quite particular about cleanliness, and this place truly impressed me; everything was spotless, with attention to every detail. The bed was very comfortable, the room well-equipped, and the staff were incredibly warm and friendly! The location is perfect too, just a few meters from the subway, with a laundromat, grocery stores, and plenty of great restaurants nearby. A nice bonus was the stunning open view from my room! Considering the quality and the location, the price is an absolute steal!”

“We stayed in a family suite, the accommodations were lovely - obviously well-used with e.g. scratches on the floor, but clearly also well taken care of - immaculately clean and tidy. Housekeeping were very thorough on their daily visits. Noise isolation wasn't perfect, but...it's London, what do you expect! Front desk/room service/other staff were always professional and very helpful.”

“We really enjoyed staying here! It was a great location - close to a tube station, the Natural History museum, Kensington park, lots of shops and places to eat, and pretty streets to walk down. Our room was charming and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. We stayed with our 9 month old baby and they were very accommodating. Would definitely recommend.”

“I stayed here for a Dimash Qudaibergen concert on the 12th Nov, 2025 at the Ovo. The hotel was filled with dears (fans) from accross the world. The staff was friendly and helpful. “I had a genuinely excellent stay at ibis Styles London Ealing, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the hotel felt welcoming, modern, and well cared for. After a long journey, Mac made the check-in process smooth, friendly, and completely stress-free, which instantly put me at ease and set a great tone for the stay. The room itself was spotless with a unique cinema theme that made it stand out from a typical hotel room. I especially appreciated the small personal touches, a welcome card waiting in the room and a little chocolate, which was such a nice surprise and made me feel genuinely welcomed. Another thoughtful detail that really impressed me was the complimentary pastries available one of the evenings I was there, along with free orange juice for guests. It’s a small gesture, but it adds a warm, generous feel to the hotel and shows real attention to guest experience. The room was comfortable, quiet, and relaxing, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was friendly and calm. Everything felt well organized and cared for, and it’s clear the team takes pride in what they do. You should definitely consider staying in here in ealing if visiting London. It is a charming town with extremely easy access to the city.”

“I loved everything. The hotel is 5 minutes from Pimlico underground station and a 10-minute walk from Victoria station. Very clean, it feels more like staying with family than in a hotel. I love the very British lounge. We sat down for breakfast, which was kindly offered to us. Excellent concierge service, super friendly and helpful. We'll be back again at the end of October. “What a lovely hotel in such a great location, everywhere was easy to walk to, lots of things to see and do in the area and easily accessible. Check in was extremely friendly and all the staff were very attentive. We had a few drinks in the bay where the staff were also very attentive and helpful. Rooms were a nice size with everything we needed…. Except a kettle and tea making equipment or so we thought… partner found it in a drawer just before we left! We had even gone for an early morning walk just to get a cuppa and presumed the hotel had gone down the American route if just providing coffee…. Just a suggestion but it would have been helpful to have been told about the location of tea making equipment or a sign somewhere in the room. Likewise I didn’t find the mirror until we left either! Other than this it was great, a lovely comfy bed with very nice bedlinen. Nice toiletries in the bathroom and it was nice to have a separate bath and shower. Would definitely stay again”

“I had a great stay at the Premier Inn Hub in Farringdon. The location is excellent — just a short walk from Farringdon Station and surrounded by great cafés, restaurants, and bars. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and very well-designed for a city stay. The room was compact (as expected), but incredibly efficient, with everything I needed: a comfortable bed, smart controls for lighting and temperature, and good soundproofing. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick and smooth. Would definitely stay again — perfect for solo travelers or couples looking for a clean, affordable, and central London base.”

“Me and my partner had a lovely stay we will definitely be coming back, staff were so polite, friendly and helpful!!. The spa was a lovely touch and the breakfast was really nice with good selection I should have stayed for longer!!. Only thing I would add is smart tv with YouTube or Netflix on it but not the end of the world haha.”

“The hotel is located near a station and in the middle of a large outdoor mall. Lots of restaurants nearby. Very friendly service. Hassan was so helpful and hospitable when we arrived and when we had questions. Ana was so kind and went above and beyond while assisting us during breakfast helping me with a gluten free option. The breakfast was a much larger spread then I expected. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. We also had dinner one night at the restaurant in the hotel. I ordered the green curry (gf) and my husband the fish and chips. We were both pleased with our meals. We would definitely return to this Hyatt house. Great stay.”

“The experience i had in the hotel was amazing. I was in the executive suit, it had a jacuzzi and sauna in the bathroom, private bar and a wrap around balcony with an amazing view of the port and Standsted airport was just a throw stone away. I could see the planes landing, O2 was a zip line ride away from the hotel as well. The 3 course meal was amazing.”

“Amazing Hotel, stayed one night. Great service, from the start to end. Dinner venues very Cousy, with outstanding service. Room very clean and comfortable bed, love the fairy showers, smoothing and soft. Breakfast deal it’s amazing, a little morning buffet where we can find a bit all you can eat. There is a water dispenser outside where we can fill our bottles, great idea. Silence and sleeping night for middle of Bankside location. Also great tourism attraction within one mile from it, Tate, Shakespeare Theatre, Borough market, George Inn the oldest gallery inn the world. And more…”

“A very neat and clean hotel located right at Terminal 4. A walkway from Depature floor of Heathrow Terminal 4 connects directly to the hotel. It's very well signposted. The rooms are great and the breakfast was fine. There was a small problem with the room initially alloted to me but Ms Priyanka at the reception was extremely prompt and dealt with it in an extremely professional manner by upgrading me to a room with runway view immediately. All in all a very good hotel.”

“Stayed here one night for a layover and it was perfect. Right next to airport but you hear absolutely no airport noise. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options even vegetarian breakfast ‘meat.’ Bed was very comfortable and they even supplied robes and slippers. Had a relaxing stay amid two hectic travel days. **not necessarily affiliated with hotel but worth mentioning. I took the hotel hoppa bus, which you have to pay for (£6.80/$8.98 one way) and it was not on schedule departing LHR. It was over 30 mins late. It was however on time picking me up from the hotel to LHR. Important to note if you’re on a strict schedule.”

“Our stay here was great. From the time we entered the hotel, we were greeted promptly by Mabel at the front desk. We arrived early so we were requested to wait while they arranged for a room. Considering the hotel was busy, the staff were on point. Later on, Samrat, the Manager on duty introduced himself to us and welcomed us. We stayed here for a week and all staff were warm and professional. The housekeeping was spot on as well. Amenities replenished and rooms taken care of. Samrat checked in with us in between our stay as well if we were comfortable, we mentioned a small issue in the bathroom on our way out and it was fixed upon our return. The F&B team was awesome. Each morning we enjoyed the breakfast, although the selection is the same each day (could use a bit of change) . Vicky, Hasan and Ashish regularly checked in with us and the kids on special requests. They even remembered our orders and checked if wanted the same the following day. This was very special considering the restaurant was always busy during breakfast. The gym was small, and equipment could get an overhaul, perhaps a regular check in by staff would be good. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this hotel especially for it's friendly and professional staff.”

“Very nice standard of rooms, large and clean. Very quiet, especially in inside rooms away from the road. Breakfast was good but as it wasn't busy it was sat under the heaters waiting so didn't feel as fresh as it could have. Bus stop outside or a 10 min walk to the Tube. Staff were pleasant and I will certainly stay again. Good value at the time of booking as had an offer on.”

“Just stayed here for the 3rd time and still doesn’t disappoint! The staff are amazing. Very helpful and accommodating. Shout to David (sp?) at the front desk for looking after me during my stay. The rooms are modern and are well kept. Great sleeping conditions too. For Elites, the breakfast is next level and nothing runs out. Location is more Kilburn than Maida Vale, so just be prepared. Tons of shops and quick restaurants around. Only gripe is that there’s not a dedicated elite lounge. They make up for this by having complimentary drinks and appetizers at happy hour. Would definitely stay here again.”

“katolondonhaus 3rd stay , this time 17-19 May 2024 2 nights , Room 5 My third stay at Katolondonhaus. Once with family , last two times I stayed, alone in room 5. The room has a large double bed with very soft but firm pillows , a firm -medium mattress and a really nice duvet , that to me was the same you as you get in a premier inn...all very cosy. The ensuite although small, is very well appointed with a super fast hot shower , that really does a great job envigourating you for the day with a modern small sink , glass shelf and bathroom mirror , all tastefully decorated with a contemporary grey tile pattern. There's is a desk to work from next to a mini fridge , on top of which are the complementary water, tea and coffee facilities. The TV, I think 32 inch ( flatscreen Samsung) is mounted on the wall which set a above a fixed hairdryer. Heating wise there is a large radiator, I didn't use this time , as the double glazed windows , with modern slats was easy to open for fresh air. WiFi is excellent, you can easily play call of duty mobile or watch your favourite film on your laptop. All in all tastefully decorated, kept very clean and I would recommend. You will not be disappointed. In addition there is a large kitchen area, should you require any additional items which is next to a dinning table leading on to the well manicured garden. The property itself is set in a quiet residential area of Morden with parking on or just off the property on the main road. It feels very safe with an electronic combination lock to the main front door. Matsuo is extremely welcoming and thoughtful of his guests and will leave you to get on with things. If you need anything else just ask or leave a note! I will be staying again and katolondonhaus is now my "go to" accommodation when I visit London from Suffolk. Alan , Suffolk.”
