The Pelham London is a gem of a boutique hotel. Anna, Aswathy, Nazarene, Reaz, Ephraim and the entire team is world class and ensure that you not only enjoy but are truly delighted by your stay here. I’ve stayed in many hotels in London and what puts this one over the top is the care with which they treat each guest. And the rooms are gorgeous and very comfortable. The drawing room and library are beautiful and a great space to have afternoon tea or journal. Everything from the honesty bar to the unique touches in each room make this such a special place to stay. And South Kensington is a delightful neighborhood with a lot of Italian, Spanish and French restaurants, shops and bakeries. I highly recommend staying at the Pelham for your next London trip!

We were absolutely delighted with our stay at The Pelham London. This was our second visit, and once again, everything exceeded expectations. Our early check-in was organised seamlessly, and the room was immaculate in terms of cleanliness and comfort. The staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive throughout our stay. Highly recommended – we will most certainly return!

Quiet, comfortable, and convenient! The only sounds I heard in the room was the rhythmic noises from the Tube running near by that sounded like a heartbeat. Quite soothing. Everything was very clean and the tub was very needed after long days walking on cobblestones. Amazing location for food, the Victoria and Albert Museum, and the tube. Service was impeccable.

Excellent accommodation with very comfortable bedding. Easy access to everything. Shower was a bit confusing, and while not thrilled with the surprise ‘voluntary’ bill request for staff gratuity of 15 pounds/day upon check out, they do deserve it as staff is excellent and very accommodating! However, it would have been nice to be prepared for this. Overall, highly recommend.

We really enjoyed staying here! It was a great location - close to a tube station, the Natural History museum, Kensington park, lots of shops and places to eat, and pretty streets to walk down. Our room was charming and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. We stayed with our 9 month old baby and they were very accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

My 1st time to London England and The Pelham London made my stay that much more enjoyable. Originally had a standard room but since I was staying 11nights, I asked to see if there was a bigger room available. This room was more spacious and extremely comfortable. Thank you to the desk clerk who made the switch so seem less and smooth. The in-house restaurant had delicious breakfast every morning I was there but can be a bit busy with not enough staff to tend to all the guests, but still excellent. The hotel is right across from the subway station and lots of bus stops all around. Very convenient location and extremely friendly staff. Highly recommended if you want to stay at a cozy hotel.

Scam hotel definitely a 3 star hotel not 5 Star! I've stayed in many 5 star hotels and this is not one! Booked two beds and on arrival offered me and my mum a double bed to share. It's disgusting and they said they will still charge me a cancellation fee around £400 even though I had evidence showing I booked two beds. Ruined my mum birthday treat! DO NOT STAY HERE SCAM SCAM SCAM.

The single room was on a half level, the front door was hard to open and the room was very cold even after the heating was on had no effect. The main window of the room was simply looking at a roof top covered in pigeon guano. My mother in law was not happy at all.

The location here was perfect for us. There are dozens of pubs and restaurants just feet away, and there is an Underground station just across the street, and museums and Kensington Palace are a short walk away. While the area around us is busy during the day, it was quiet at night and we had no trouble sleeping. Lovely room. Be sure to bring an extension cord that fits the UK standard, because there were no bedside outlets in our room (204). The staff here is superb. The concierge, Stanley, ran out to a nearby restaurant to get us a reservation when he couldn’t reach them on the phone when we first arrived. Another found us an extension cord I needed for a bedside medical device I use while sleeping. Every evening housekeeping knocks and gives us two fresh bottles of water. I originally booked a cheaper hotel in the heart of Knightsbridge known for its central but out of the way location, but switched to the Pelham when I read the reviews. Definitely worth the cost for us. It’s great to have a pleasant and cozy place to come back to after each day visiting attractions and riding public transport.

Loved our stay. Great and responsive staff. Decent size room and great bed with strong AC. Lovely breakfast with solid coffee. Perfectly close to the Underground, many shops and restaurants, and the natural history museum. No question I'd stay again.
