   Hotel scores 10/10 for location. But there were smaller things lacking which could have made the stay more comforting. Please donot make the life of your guest painful by doing things like removing phone from the room and asking them to scan a code and place order for things like dental kit. Remove bottles and ask them to fill up using water dispenser. People come on vacation for living a chill relaxed life and not to do such admin chores.

   The Queen Suite exceeded all my expectations. Perfectly positioned, it offered a stunning view of Tower Bridge that made every moment feel special. The reception staff were exceptionally helpful and polite, adding a warm touch to our stay. Its prime location just a stone’s throw from the Underground made it effortless to explore the many beautiful parts of London. Overall, it was excellent value for money and a truly memorable experience.

   The staff were all friendly and welcoming. Lovely rooms, a unique interior when it comes to the bathroom display. They also offer a storage room to place our bags in after our checkout until our departure time and there’s no charge! 10/10 would recommend.

   The receptionist were all friendly and welcoming, especially Ola! Lovely rooms, a unique interior when it comes to the bathroom display. The room service was excellent. They also offer a storage room to place our bags in after our checkout until our departure time and there’s no charge! 10/10 would recommend. The water refill was also a new idea that I’ve never seen in other hotels.

   Overall great experience with friendly staff, fast check-in and check-out, good room, amazing shower. I loved the refillable water bottle. Points to improve. Nothing major, but worth noting: - breakfast was just ok. Would appreciate more healthy options (there was no granola for example!) - shower drain can't cope with the shower at its maximum flow - better lighting for the work desk in the room would be much appreciated. - two water bottles (instead of only one) would be a nice touch

   The location of the hotel is excellent. breakfast was good. decent, clean and nicely decorated rooms. close to the metro and the central area. 15 minutes by Uber. however, the price-quality ratio is a bit high. but this is London.

   Had a great stay here, good location. Easy to get to, nice area to explore. Family room was nice, had everything we needed including a small refrigerator. Quirky layout with sink in the main bedroom area and see through bathroom shower. Would definitely book again.

   Newly refurbished since the last stay. Lovely new spacious rooms and new bathrooms with tv casting for ease and e-room service all really good. One tip, if your room is very hot the “air con” only regulates temperature and so you cannot control it. Our room was roasting at end. October. You can apparently request a fan but did not know this until check out.

   Clean and functional hotel located in an « hotel quarter » close to London Tower. The room was very confortable and we appreciated the nice upgrade that was given to us. The bar downstairs is decent. Gym facilities are small but clean and there is everything needed for a workout, I would rate it above average for a Novotel. The shower was amazing but only downside is the toilet with a half door that doesn’t close completely… not much privacy when traveling with someone…

   What a beautiful hotel! Just 2 minutes away from Tower Hill tube station and few bus stations nearby that we mostly used. Clean, tidy, with amazing stuff , a good restaurant, complimentary water , tea and coffee. An amazing place and we definitely come back again! Loved it !
