We had such a great stay here! Chef i think her name was Rena, Servers Katie and Izzie i think thier names were were absolutely amazing. My daughter and I had come for filming in London and they really looked after us. Breakfast was great and they made sure all allergens were clearly stated for my daughter. Rooms were great could adjust temperature as it was quite a cold night so room was nice and warm by bed time. Thank you staff for looking after us!

My stay at this hotel in London was truly exceptional! The room was very clean, elegant, and extremely comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to help with anything I needed. The location was fantastic, close to many of the city’s main attractions. The breakfast was excellent, and the facilities were perfect for an unforgettable stay. I will definitely be coming back again!

Nice hotel in bustling Tooting, close to 2 subway stations. Breakfast was fine, but cold cuts and cheese would have completed it. We booked several rooms and one had a dirty carpet (snack crumbs, spiderweb, pieces of paper), so we kindly asked for a clean, which never happened. Only a new set of towels were left on the bed. But still, 4 stars. Why? Because of the friendly, helpful staff. You guys seem to be a wonderful team. If we visit London again, we'll happily book our rooms at your hotel again.

This is review about TGTG bag and not hotel service itself. First time I came across business where I can take as much as I like for my bag, as long as it fits in a box provided, so pros for that. Items are leftovers from breakfast, not the best quality I'd say, bacon was burnt to crisp, which is understandable at the end of serving time. Good beans thou, nice mushrooms too but dry. Great service from young lady, she was very helpful.

Very nice standard of rooms, large and clean. Very quiet, especially in inside rooms away from the road. Breakfast was good but as it wasn't busy it was sat under the heaters waiting so didn't feel as fresh as it could have. Bus stop outside or a 10 min walk to the Tube. Staff were pleasant and I will certainly stay again. Good value at the time of booking as had an offer on.

Amazing customer service from the manager AJ, Barry and Aga! Felt very welcome, the check in was fast and efficient and the manager helped me find a parking space for my 2 days stay and answered all of my questions in a very friendly, but also polite and professional manner. The room was lovely, spacious, very clean and you could not hear any noise from the outside. The food is tasty and they’ve got vegan options for both breakfast and dinner which is amazing. Really good location - close to the tube station. Overall a great stay, I will definitely come back here when in Tooting. You’ve got amazing staff that definitely should be recognised for their customer service! They are all so nice and helpful!

I had a great stay at the Premiere Inn in Tooting. I wanted to be near Bahlam so the location was perfect for me. The check in process was easy, the staff nice, room was big enough for me, there was a desk, a chair, an armchair, a queen bed plenty of plugs and USB ports, a thermostat to regulate the temperature in the room, plenty of lighting options. The room was really well soundproofed. I could no open the window and it was a big dark. I didn't try the food.

Nice hotel on a side street 8 minutes walk from Tooting Broadway tube station. Had walk-in showers and staff was nice. They didn't have a full dinner menu...choices are pizza, pasta, and curry, but the meal deal is cheaper here than at other Premier Inn hotels. Internet was actually decent. No proper toilet paper rolls - only small squares of paper. Will stay again.

I stayed at the Premier Inn last month before moving into my flat in London and had a wonderful experience. I got there early and the staff kindly stored my four suitcases while I ran some errands. When I returned, the most lovely woman was working at the front desk. Her name is Consuelo and she is an absolute gem. Since I had so much luggage, I took two bags down to the room and before I could return to the front desk there was a knock at my door. Consuelo had brought the two suitcases weighing 45kg in total down to my room herself and made sure I got them. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. As a young female traveling solo I felt incredibly safe throughout my stay. The next few mornings Consuelo greeted me with a big smile and helped me with breakfast. I am gluten-free and the staff was super knowledgable and was able to give me a lovely GF breakfast of hash browns, bacon, GF toast, and loads of other goodies. Overall, I had a fabulous stay and will definitely recommend the Premier Inn in Tooting to any friends and family that visit. Thank you Consuelo for being so helpful and kind!
