“My husband and I stayed for four weeks from March to April at Kathleen House Plus, it was like being at home. Friendly attentive staff, always willing to help, and do everything possible to make your stay enjoyable, and comfortable. The manager and staff were always approachable. “From 17:26 they started closing 1 door and leaving 1 side open this is very bad and not at all accessible for individuals woth prams andd wheel chairs and even individuals using crutches to help them walk. This is out if order and shows a lack of care to certain individuals of the community. They close at 18:00 so it should have easy access at all times very bad and its appiling behaviour made by staff shame on new look!”
