   Despite giving an estimated arrival time, there was no staff on site when we arrived to check in. I phoned the phone number that was left at reception, and the woman told me what my room number was and what the code for the door was, i went up to my room and entered the code given and the door didn’t unlock, the woman on the phone told me that was definitely the code but someone will come down and unlock the door for me. We then had to wait 20 minutes to for somebody to come and unlock the door and it turns out she gave us the wrong code. In the room, there is a wardrobe, but no coat hangers, so it was completely useless. And the shower pressure was very low unless it was on the coldest setting. We left the room and came back later on, and tried to watch TV, there was no signal on the TV, after tuning it, the signal was very poor. There was multiple cleanliness issues with the room. There was a dead fly in the bathroom sink, under the beds were extremely dusty, the lamp shade was filthy and the double duvet cover was stained. I phoned the number and when i brought the cleanliness issues up with the staff they were very reluctant to help. She tried to tell me that the sheets were clean and that she didn’t want to come back to change them tonight but she would the next day. I told her i would rather not sleep in stained sheets, and she told me she would phone the manager and call me back. 20 minutes later I had no reply, so i text them asking for an update. To which i had no reply. I waited another hour and still had no reply so was forced to sleep in stained sheets. The sheets were changed whilst we were out the next day but i still had to sleep in dirty sheets for 1 night! On checkout i phoned the number again as i wanted to speak to a manager regarding the issues we had during the stay and they put the phone down on me! I spoke to the manager in person who was rude to me as well.

   Loved this place, staff were friendly and helpful. I needed a quiet place for personal reasons and this place was perfect for what I needed. Walking distance from many shops and close enough to commute to work. The room felt warm and welcoming and tea and coffee was provided. Would come again if I needed to.

   Please please please avoid ! My step-dad stayed here for work… he said that they were trying to take another payment from his friend although already paid !! Stained sheets, very scary atmosphere, rude staff, disgusting shower, paper thin walls that you could hear EVERYTHING through !! The photos are shocking of how dirty it is !! I don’t know how this is even aloud !! My step-dad had no sleep due to everything happening in other rooms all through the night! Avoid at all cost.

   Despite giving them and arriving on my ETA, they weren't even aware I was coming let alone prepare my room before arrival. It's clear Booking.com and these hotels are not really in sync.

   No frills basic accommodation. It is not modern building but a repurposed vicarage by the looks. The decor is a little tired and could do with a bit of TLC. There is no food option normally but in my instance they allowed me to use a kitchenette for a continental breakfast that they provided. The staff are very helpful, attentive and pleasant and are a credit to the place. Off road parking is available on site if you have a small car as the access is narrow and it costs £3 per night. It is well situated for traveling into central London and is surrounded by local shops, and other amenities. There are many food outlets nearby and a launderette.

   Very nice host and very responsive to any needs - such as hairdryer, leaving luggages in their office. Stayed there for a couple nights and will definitely recommend this place for those who is seeking for a short/long stay in this area.

   Booked Dharma lodge for my 18th birthday, arrived to the reception and a sign said call this number we attempted to call the number numerous times to check in with no joy. At this point we had been waiting for 30 mins and were already now late for our reservation for dinner! Eventually a lady walked in with no apology and denied that we had tried making contact to check in basically calling us liars she was rude and abrupt and was threatening to charge us for the hotel after we had told her we no longer wanted the room as we had booked another hotel to avoid further delay. She was loud rude and not accepting of their own mistakes she would not delete our bank details from the screen, if we do get charged we will be taking it further, DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
