   I am a landlord .My experience with the letting line was good , communication was excellent and they helped me organize everything and guided me through the entire process. The tenants they found were vetted thoroughly and are respectable people and I even got a little over the asking rental price ! They also have an agreement where in the contract they have the right to pop into the rental property to check the state of the flat and make sure it’s being respected.

   I recently rented an apartment through letting line and from the number of apartments I have been to view and in my opinion I would say Letting Line maintains a certain standard on the types of properties they showcase to rent. I worked with Oana who showed me two of the properties one which I am now renting and I would say Oana made the process very easy, efficient and more importantly a very friendly experience. I am new to the UK and very new to the letting system here and she has been kind and friendly and very patient to my requests and questions about the subject. Always prompt on her replies with email and has never kept me waiting. I am very pleased and I would come back to Letting Line next time I would need to rent out a property.
