   Stood waiting for 10 minutes only to be told no earlier grey tea only decaff or mint yuck worse still if I didn't say anything i would have been stood for ever as he had forgotten about my tea pathetic had to get a refund what a joke they shouldve offered me a coffee instead for waisting my time do not shop here wasters

   Absolutely unprofessional behavior from 2 of the employees there. I was waiting for 15' for a coffee, patiently, when others would come and served by one of the guys there. The other two would chat with hospital staff and make him his drink and keep chatting when I informed them that I was not able to wait any longer as I had to go to work and the guy had a chill attitude. He eventually made me a horrible coffee, not even as I had asked 20' ago....

   Really poor service. Both female baristas who served us, extremely rude. I'd just been diagnosed with cancer and we went to get lunch whilst waiting for more tests. I'm quite resilient so was not affected by them but for someone else who has just received difficult news, their behaviour could have been quite painful to deal with.

   I had an appointment at the hospital and I stopped to have a coffee to treat myself after. It was around 8 am in the morning not many people that time, I was immediately served with a friendly lady and the barista Josh made my coffee, what was very delicious and made with love. They made the whole atmosphere and the hospital visit much more better. Thank you for made my day. Keep up the great work.

   The queue was really long. Service was horrendously slow. Staff don’t seem to know there own products.

   I asked for My usual medium Latte I got God knows what Can't even smell the Coffee I'm here at the Chase Farm Hospital for my sons Daily dressing change Was excited to see Costa,as waiting is long weekend they are close so thought get one today Yaaak just rewind my day Wanted a coffee as the ✋ is long

   Very discourteous serving lady called Loretta. Went to get coffee at costa but they did not have hot food at 7 30am on 14th september 2021. So went over to shop and they did not have hot food either. So at till to as for coffee and this lady askeded to wait. When she finally was attentive I ordered coffee and she said can you not get at Costa? Do not know why such people are employed. As it is the Hospital does not have a restaurant and then you get characters like this.

   Staff seem friendly but this place never seems to have enough stock! I’m not sure who’s responsible for overseeing the orders, but more often than not they’re out of one thing or another. One time they had no hot chocolate for best part of a week, another time they had no skimmed milk for 2-3 days (this happens a lot) - their excuse was that the delivery didn’t leave any?! Last week they ran out of decaf coffee and this week they ran out of Medium size take away cups. I’m actually thinking of putting a bet on at the local bookies as to what they won’t have next week.......

   I usually love costa coffe but this particular branch inside the hospital has a horrible un compassionate manager. If i need a cup of ice the staff are usually soo helpful and kind they give me a nice full cup especially since ice helps soo much with nausea. The manager at this costa refused to give me a simple cup of ice. What a horrible man. Its frozen water for goodness sake.
