   Today at 10:00am I purchased two bodysuits from New Look. The sales assistant, Zoe, informed me that if I created an account, I would receive 25% off my next purchase. I followed her advice, created an account, and successfully received the 25% discount. When I returned to the store to return the bodysuits and repurchase them with the discount, Zoe became uncooperative. Despite this, she processed a return receipt and a new purchase receipt with the discount for the same items. The items were priced at £12.99 and £14.99, but on the discounted receipt, the more expensive item was scanned twice, and instead of receiving the £8 discount, I only received £5. When I noticed this at home, I intended to return the items again, but Zoe had secretly removed the tag from the £12.99 bodysuit, making it impossible to return. This behavior was extremely unprofessional and frustrating. I hope New Look addresses this kind of treatment to ensure customers are treated fairly and transparently.

   From 17:26 they started closing 1 door and leaving 1 side open this is very bad and not at all accessible for individuals woth prams andd wheel chairs and even individuals using crutches to help them walk. This is out if order and shows a lack of care to certain individuals of the community. They close at 18:00 so it should have easy access at all times very bad and its appiling behaviour made by staff shame on new look!

   Well I never really enjoy shopping not really a girly girl, overwhelmed is an understatement. I went from shop to shop feeling very disappointed and more and more anxious. Then a long came Emily what a wonderful, wonderful person. She was so helpful and supportive of my situation and I can’t thank her enough.

   Went in new look today. Store was so hot and disgustingly smelt because of the heat. I don’t understand why new look head office can not fix the ac. I felt really bad for the staff workers as they all looked hot and bothered. How can new look let their employees work like that. 1 staff had a fan around her neck and looked very scruffy and worn out. Other looked like she had just woken up out of bed. Disgraceful. I literally was less than 5 minutes. Never going in again!

   New Look is a good place to shop for women's day to day fashionable clothing, footwear and accessories . This was store was well stocked and staff here, were very helpful and friendly.

   Need to seriously consider getting rid of staff with stinking attitude, who do not know how to behave, the woman with red hair and dramatic makeup. Poor attitude and extremely rude. Would highly advise all, to avoid her at all costs.

   I love this branch of New Look as it has a really good shoe area upstairs which also stocks excellent trainers! Plus downstairs is laid out well for the clothes section. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I recommend this branch highly!
