   Horrible, Neglectful, and Overpriced Experience This was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had, and extremely disappointing, especially considering the price and the fact that this was my second stay here. We booked two rooms for one week, and shockingly the bed covers were never changed during the entire stay. Housekeeping was consistently poor. In one of the rooms, the bathroom floor was dirty upon arrival, and we had to ask for the room to be cleaned again immediately. Basic amenities were handled terribly. Shampoo and shower gel were not provided unless we asked, and shaving and dental kits were only provided for ONE room — and only on the last day. Completely unacceptable for a hotel of this level. The overall experience was horrible. To make things worse, we were charged extra for breakfast, and due to a mistake on their side, we were charged twice. The reception and housekeeping staff were rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Every day we had to complain about cleaning issues. At one point, I escalated the issue to the head of housekeeping, who actually laughed and didn’t even apologize. The level of neglect and lack of professionalism was shocking. The only positive point was the restaurant staff, who were polite and genuinely helpful — and the view from the restaurant, which is beautiful. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. The swimming pool and sauna are not freely accessible — you must schedule in advance, which is extremely inconvenient and defeats the purpose of having these facilities. The food is very average, nothing special, and the restaurant only serves Asian food for dinner or room service, which is very limiting. The hotel itself feels dark and poorly designed. The lighting is terrible throughout the property. There are not enough power outlets — only one charging spot per room, and the hotel does not provide adapters, which is unacceptable for an international hotel. Most rooms do not have a view, and overall the hotel is grossly overpriced for the service and experience offered. I even wrote a formal letter to the manager, and I sincerely hope it is read, because this stay completely ruined my time in London. My first stay here was acceptable — this one was absolutely horrible. I would never stay here again and do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

   The hotel is excellent and we had a wonderful stay. We had a small issue with the heating in our room, which was resolved within 30 minutes. We also needed help getting a taxi, and Bashar was incredibly supportive and helpful, giving us the best advice possible. Thank you for the great service and hospitality.

   Very happy with my stay here! Stayed in studio room 1559 which was newly and stylishly furnished. Good views, especially from the Executive Suite. Decent enough food at the in house restaurant, and for breakfast. Excellent service upon check in and also by the staff in the executive suite who went out of their way to make me a special dessert as I am lactose intolerant. The sauna is great. The swimming pool looks good but is small and often crowded. (Don't think you can swim in it, it's just for standing up in really). Overall, very pleased!

   My husband and I came to London for the first time for our 25-year anniversary. Not sure exactly where to pick we chose this hotel because it had high reviews. Check in was easy and this hotel is very nice inside. They do have room service, they have an amazing pool and steam room and cold shower. There is a Tesco grocery store a two minute walk, the Vauxhall station is a five minute walk and the London Eye is a 20 minute walk. It's in a great location clean, quiet and very safe. One of my favorite things is my new friend that I've made Silfa, she works at the front desk she was extremely accommodating very friendly every day we got home she'd welcomed us and ask us how are day was and what we've done it made the entire stay better. Silfa was incredible and we came back for a few more night because of her.

   I stayed at the Park Plaza Riverbank last Wednesday and had a fantastic experience. Reception & Check-In: The reception was excellent—check-in was smooth, and the staff were really friendly and welcoming. Lounge: I spent some time in the lounge, which had a great selection of drinks and offered an amazing view over the River Thames. Room: The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and featured both a bath and a shower, which was a nice touch. Dining: I had dinner with a friend at the hotel’s restaurant. The Asian-inspired food was delicious, and the beers were great too. Overall: I was very happy with my stay and will definitely return. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London.

   100% going back to this what a beautiful hotel and smelt amazing so clean. I was made to feel so welcome staff were so helpful and professional. Plenty of lifts, and my room was lovely with quality complimentary bathroom supplies. Breakfast was really good great and selection to choose from. Thank you for an enjoyable Stay

   This is my 3rd visit to this hotel and I must say the entire staff is AMAZING! Very comfortable rooms by as well! There are two employees I would like to thank the most. Glen and Hussein! Thank you so so much gentlemen for making my stay away from home feel like home! They are both personable as well as knowledgeable of the hotel and surrounding area. Kudos gentlemen!

   First time in London and this hotel definitely left their mark with us. From the time we walked in until the minute we left, we were treated with great respect and care. The hotel itself smells amazing and gives off a very cozy-home feel. The maids do a great job at leaving the rooms sparkling! Only complaint is that our shower seemed to have a clogged drain so the water would not go down; just overflow onto the floor. We had to take super quick showers so that it would not flood the bathroom. However, so many good things to say about this hotel, so if you are thinking of staying here absolutely do it!

   Brilliant stay down at Park Plaza. Room was well kept. The staff took time to ensure that the special occasions we were down in London for was made the extra special. The bar area was served good range of drinks. The breakfast was delicious and the team working had everything streamlined so there were no delays. Overall really good hotel, staff were excellent will be staying there again.

   Staff was pleasant. Services were not. Our hotel, the shower was not draining water so we contacted the front desk. They sent an engineer to come fix it but instead he made it worse. The next day, called them again to come look, this time they sent 2 engineers but neither one of them bothered to turn on the water to even check how it was not draining. Said it was working fine which was a lie. Finally the front desk said they would send someone up to switch rooms for us, waited almost 2 hours and no one came. Had to go down to the front desk and they had no idea what was going on. Was able to switch rooms however, instead of an upgrade after all our troubles, they downgraded us to an even smaller room. Called for extra blankets and pillows since we had 4 people, and housekeeping did not show up until an hour later. Staff is nice and hotel is decent looking. However, would not stay here due to the lack of poor services they provide. Not worth the money we paid for. Might as well pay a little more and stay at a different hotel.
