   Wish I could give 0 star on the review. I ignored the below negative reviews as I liked the property - but there is a reason why people left comments although it is really bothering. It was really difficult to communicate with the agency (mainly just one person) and we had to dig him to get the essential information. The house was under renovation but never finished until the agreed date and as a result, they failed electricity safety test and cancelled us a day before move in, which we found out (not got informed) by calling him multiple times. We were under discussion for the next move in date but we saw he posted the property on the website at a higher price. I was impressed that it would be a pain if something happens in the house for repair, as they will not respond to my request. I am happy that I did not proceed further and took it as a life lesson. He needs to remember that not only landlords but tenants are his customers.

   Do not trust this agents as they are not responsible at all to attend for given appointments, at least they are not aware about the appointments they have given. Also not responsible to inform the viewers if the property is given to someone else .They just say ‘ it’s given ‘when the we go near the property to for viewing.Not professional and time wasters.
